I ordered a Rain Bird Round Valve Box thinking that I could use it extend the height of a sprinkler box that is buried too deep and causes anyone not aware of this issue to step into a hole created by this being too deep. The local Lowe's and local Home Depot stock didn't have the 7" . I was excited when I discovered Plumbers Stock merchant on Amazon while searching online. They have the 7" round valve box with cover. And the price was inline with similar products. I was very pleased that the product arrived in a matter of 4 days. The item was impressively well manufactured, too. So well made that I couldn't use it because I realized that I didn't have the skill and strength to cut through the material with only a hacksaw and I'm not confident enough to use my deceased husband's skill saw. So, my plan to cut its height down to about half and piggy back the new box on top of the old one to raise it to ground level had to be rethought. I regrettably had to seek a return and refund. Per the refund instructions, Plumbers Stock requires an approval of returns and if approved they will assign a RMA # to be referenced with the return. I contacted Plumbers Stock by phone and was dreading the ordeal that I was sure would follow. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my call being answered by an actual person named Jake. Jake was very helpful in communicating to me the steps needed for the return. We had a slight miscommunication at the initial email that followed but that was quickly resolved by this same customer service rep, Jake. Was pleased that my 2nd inquiry was stilled handled by the same person and I didn't have to be repeating my request to a different person. Jake was helpful in keeping me up to date throughout the return/refund phase. Even though I couldn't use this item, and technically didn't end up buying anything from Plumbers Stock, the service I received from Jake on the return process and the quality of the item itself that I ha to return is enough for me to confidently come back to this merchant/store again when I need home improvement products. read more

I can't say enough good things about Jared and the team at PlumbersStock. I purchased my Trône Tahum smart toilet about four years ago in the U.S. and had it shipped to Canada. I still love the toilet -- its design is beautiful, and when everything is working properly, it's a fantastic unit. The problem came when it eventually needed repairs. With no Canadian supplier or service network for the Trône, I was beginning to think that, reluctantly, it was time to bid farewell to it and replace it with something I could purchase and service locally. That's where Jared came in. Even though this has involved a cross-border repair, Jared has been incredibly helpful, responsive and, most importantly, effective in helping me work through the issues and find solutions. He has taken the time to understand what was going on, identify what I needed, and help me navigate a situation that could very easily have become frustrating and expensive. Customer service really shows its value when something goes wrong several years after the original purchase, and Jared and PlumbersStock have certainly demonstrated that. I would recommend PlumbersStock without hesitation. My only regret is that they don't have offices in Canada -- we could use them up here! Five very well-deserved stars, and a special thank-you to Jared for helping keep my much-loved Trône Tahum alive! read more

John was amazing !! We originally purchased a circulator pump for our boiler. This pump was on back order and we actually received it pretty quick. After getting it installed the pump didn't work. We just spent $500 on a faulty pump. We think it was due to the shipping company the box looked as if it had been thrown around a lot. So then the whole process of trying to return the pump for a new one started. it was so frustrating the girl I spoke with acted like she could care less (Of course it wasn't her that was out $500 and a pump that didn't work). Needless to say after a long an aggravating process I was stuck with a pump that didn't work and out $500. I made one more phone call to bypass the girl that was supped to help me with my return and I ended up with John on the phone. A whole new ballgame he stayed on the phone with me step by step to get this pump replaced. He went above and beyond. He was amazing and truly cared. I ended up with my new replacement pump and had our boiler system up and going in no time. He made a very upset customer very happy. Thank you John !! read more

I ordered some up dux grill covers. Unfortunately, they were not the correct ones as they did not have the flap that our original ones had. I worked with Jacob to get them returned. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. The shipping was very quick too! He sent me an email with detailed information on how to return the order. The only issue I had was that he stated that the items need to be returned to their office "double boxed" so that the manufactures box was not used as a "shipping box" or else I would be charged a 15% restock fee. The only issue I had with that was, the box that the items were shipped in were not "double boxed". I sent him photos of how I received my order, and he at least agreed to not charge me the restock fee. Having that I had to pay for return shipping (which would be my responsibility) I had no problem with that. But, UPS charged me $40 for the "outer box" and shipping. Jacob was super helpful. Myself, having over 25 years under my belt of doing customer service, he was a pro. Thank you Jacob for your assistance! read more

I need to call craft direct/plumbers stock because I had an issue placing my order and not being able to get the 15% discount that was being offered. I spoke with a nice man named John, who was very very helpful with me! He put me on a brief hold while he looked into this and did credit my account for, the amount that needed to be credited back for the 15% discount. We also discussed a few other things about this company and he was extremely helpful! I have ordered from this company before and was extremely happy when I received my order!! This is why I just placed three more orders with them! They are great!! If you order on a week day by 2:00, your order gets shipped out the very next day!! With most other companies, that does not happen! I LOVE This company, and will be ordering from them all the time!! I highly recommend everyone, checking these stores out! And if you ever need help from anyone, ask for John, or Jake, they have both been very helpful to me!! I give them a 10 review!! read more

I read a few mixed reviews about Plumbers Stock prior to placing my first order. I'll say that I have had nothing but a great experience. I called to place my order, and I spoke with Mia. She was fantastic! Mia was very knowledgeable about which items were available for immediate shipping, she was very courteous, and very professional. I elected to only order the items that were in stock (in Utah.) The ordering process was quick and easy. My credit card was charged about two days later, and Mia provided me with three FedEx tracking numbers for my order. All of the items I ordered arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Two of the items I ordered will need to be returned (completely my fault for ordering the wrong item.) I will update my review once the return process is complete. The prices are what drew me to the website. They seemed too good to be true, but the service I received from Mia was great! read more

Mr. MJ Geanga helped me with a Super Quick Response! I ordered the: Gerber Maxwell Two-Piece Wall Hung Back Outlet Elongated Toilet, 1.28 gpf 4" Vertical, Rough-In, White - 20-021 and received the shipment just before Labor Day 2024. Unfortunately, the tank for the toilet was broken during shipment...I sent an email to Plumber Stock over the Labor Day holiday weekend and got an immediate response that the problem would be solved on the first business day after the holiday. At that time, I spoke with Mr. MG Geanga of Plumber Stock and sent pictures of the broken tank and he took care of me immediately and executed the shipment that day. I will definitely do business with Plumber Stock again and I highly recommend this company based on the products offered, the price ranges and the excellent Service. I ordered a utility sink for my garage from Plumbers Stock, sold on Amazon. I placed the order on December 3, 2022. The sink was scheduled to be delivered between December 13-14. To my surprise, it arrived much quicker than I expected and was delivered within a few days. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, it was damaged. I contacted the seller immediately via Amazon and within hours I received a response from Mia S. She asked me what the issue was and requested pictures of the damaged sink. I provided what she asked for and the next day, I received another response from Mia letting me know a new sink would be shipped to me within 24 hours. To my surprise, I received the new sink within four days and it was packaged very well and in great condition. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend this seller. read more

I recently had an unusual experience with an order from PlumbersStock. Unfortunately, my order arrived without the item I had purchased. I reached out to PlumbersStock support and had the pleasure of working with Luna. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the process. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into an extraordinary customer service experience. Luna made sure the issue was addressed promptly, and a refund was successfully processed back to my account. I truly appreciate the way she handled the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you, Luna, and thank you to PlumbersStock for having such dedicated support staff. Your excellent customer service made a real difference, and I would be happy to recommend PlumbersStock to others. read more

Jacob was amazing at assisting me in returning an order that I could no longer use. The type of toilet changed and I will be ordering the alternate toilet from plumbers stock as well. Jacob made it fast and painless to get the process started. Love these guys! Update: Just realized that ps will only provide a return label if the incorrect part was sent or the product was damaged during shipping. Wouldn't have ordered from them if that was the case. Ordered a toilet that I thought I was going to use but circumstances out of my control changed my plan. Now it will cost over $300 to return the toilet which I obviously will not be doing. I will not be ordering from ps again. Should I have read the fine print, sure, but I didn't. Live and learn. Just used to the Amazon return policy. read more

Hey all, had to find some hard to find parts and Plumbers Stock had me covered. Individual manufacture equipment can be a pain as we know because the fittings can vary from manufacture to manufacture, so you have to go with the same one. Was happy to find everything I needed here from the right manufacturer. One of the parts I ordered, I needed to return because I overordered. When I called, I got John and he did a great job working with me, getting the info I needed and made the process easier than it typically at other companies. The products are great, but the great customer service is certainly a value add! Great Job John! Looking forward to going back to Plumbers Stock! read more

Plumbers Stock sent me the wrong item in the picture and getting them to act was a nightmare. I've email several times with no response. I've called and all they said is we have to have from your email. They sent me a RMA# to return the product, however Fedex does not use RMA, so I have to drive home and make them give me a shipping label. I've followed several times for the status of my refund and had not luck. They do not care that my project is delayed and I cannot use my shower. They just sent generic responses. Run away from this company. The customer service was a joke and they pull a bait and switch. As you can see the other reviews for this company match my experience. read more

I am renovating two bathrooms in my home and I was looking for some Delta very stylish, water saving shower and bathtub trim kits. I was able to find thes two kits at Plumber Stock. The bathtub trim kit was promptly sent to me. The other shower kit was found in a sister company in Calfornia. I called the order desk this morning and talked to Jake. I asked him to please remind the other warehouse to send me a tracking number and to send out the shower trim kit asap so we can get started on our renovations. He politely said he would send them a reminder. I am hoping to get this set asap and it remains to be seen when it will arrive in Canada. Thank you. read more

I was interested in finding a toilet with a 14" rough in size. The issue I was finding was that there weren't any that offered more than a 1.2 gallon per flush. Plumbers stock did have one with a 1.6 gallon per flush that will work beautifully once installed. Since shipping from the warehouse involved quite a bit of freight, I'm concerned that it will arrive as expected but I'm not concerned that if there is a problem that customer service won't take action regarding the order. They have been very available to communicate and so I highly recommend Plumbers stock. com. As an aside, both Frances and Abish were very attentive to my needs. read more

I needed some hard to find wood stove parts. When I called, Ann D. answered right away to assisted me. I do have an issue with hearing on the phone. Ann was very patient with my asking her to repeat and with all the questions I had. She went above and beyond researching to make sure I got the correct parts. I also had a small issue with the order and she communicated with me by email and took care of that also. I believe I asked Ann the same questions ten times and she was always the patient and pleasant with me. Hope she answers when I make my next on-line order. Also, thank you Plumbers Stock for your great prices! read more

First, I will start out by saying that the staff at this company is very nice and helpful. Also, due to the pandemic a lot of things are back ordered and hard to find. I found these guys on Amazon to order a specific part that is for toilets. Not only did they have it but the price was even better than bigger retail stores. Bernard was upfront and honest about the delay and reassured us that the items would be arriving soon. After nearly 3 mos the items arrived. It was worth the wait. The item is a Lysol Vormax fresh infuser. I will be ordering from them again as this item is hard to find. Thank you. read more

I'm surprised by the reviews that say this company is hard to reach. Today & yesterday I had to call the company several times about an order I was placing. Most of the time, I got through to someone in a couple of minutes. If not, the call went to voice mail. (I wish I would have been kept on hold like what other companies do.) Instead of leaving voice mail, I hung up & called back - then, someone picked up within 2 or 3 calls at the most. I'm giving 5 stars because on the last phone call, the rep went out of her way to help me with a website issue & with my unusual shipping needs. read more
