Saw so many great reviews with only a minimal amount of poor ones. I figured anyone can find negative things to say, but if the majority have good things to say, I should be good. I've owned businesses before and understand this. What I don't understand however is when you schedule a client and then try to reschedule them 2 different times.. I understand things happen, but poor communication and not being able to just simply follow through with your word is not acceptable for any business owner wanting to provide exceptional customer service and loyalty. Company management/time scheduling is lacking tremendously with Amp Electrical Services. I received a text and email confirming my appt a day prior. Hours later receive a call from the office staff wanting to yet again reschedule the install stating "8° Fahrenheit is too cold for our workers to be exposed to. Last week though the excuse was "We need the city to come mark the lines before digging". Well the city came a day prior to their original install date, but if this was such a concern Amp would have called to verify the lines have been marked before confirming my appt.. My overall perspective from just my experience and the way they manage their employees was unprofessional at best. Yes it's cold, but you had another excuse last time too. I don't by it and will not use or recommend Amp Electrical Services to anyone. It's unfortunate and I was hoping this review would be a 5 star after the work was completed as promised.
