We initially called for them to come and take out an outlet for a remodel we were doing to our master bathroom. Shannon came out and was very quick and knowledgeable. We discussed what we would be needing on our remodel, told us to give him a call when we were ready. We called him on a Monday and they were out Wednesday of the same week. Did all of our electrical needs for the remodel and a couple kitchen tasks we kind of just threw at them. No issue! Preston and Will were very professional, respectful and thorough. Made sure everything was the way we wanted it every step of the way! While they may not be the cheapest...they are the best! We needed lighting to showcase a curio cabinet in our new home. We called & set up an appt. I believe the guy's name was Shannon & another person came to assess our needs. I was not happy with the lighting in the living room so I talked to them about that plus the lighting to show the curio cabinet. They listened to what I wanted & what my concerns were. After deciding what I needed Shannon said he could send someone to do the work that afternoon, yay! Preston & Will came to install the lighting. Preston talked with me at length about what I wanted & made sure the placement was exactly right. Of course I was so impressed with that particular light I changed the others in the living room to match. Preston explained everything & made sure I understood it was more expensive than what I had agreed to earlier but I wanted that lighting period. Preston was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Don't want to leave Will out because he was great too. I was very very pleased with the work they did. Because they had to cut into the ceiling for the new light & change all the existing lighting there was a little mess which can be expected. They cleaned it up quickly & didn't leave any behind. I plan on using them again in the future for a few more changes to the lighting in my home. They are fast, efficient & do excellent work. I very highly recommend their services. read more

Not pleased with Buzz Electrical, don't use them and never sign up for their warranty monthly plan it's worthless. They did some work for us and convinced me to sign up with that program say it would not cost to come out and check any electrical issues with the house. Well needless to say we had them come out to fix something else in the warranty program was absolutely worthless and we were stuck. We've canceled that program and moved on to other electricians that are more trustworthy and stand behind their and programs which buzz electrical did not do! read more

I was not satisfied with the service, first and for most I was overcharged, and the electrician as so he says he is ended up blaming it on a estimate he just gave the recent customer, still not able to refund the difference because he had a call back to the the office or where ever he claims he was going. So I'm starting to wonder if he had given the other guy a high estimate, over charging him as well because he claims that there was some light fixtures and plugs that he gave an estimate for. I've compared my prices with several other Electricians around that I know of and was referred to and they all say that I may have been overcharged, and/or didn't have a qualified knowledgeable electrician on site. So here guys this pretty much explains why I do not wish to use them as my electrician nor do I want to refer them to anyone else. This company sounds like they got way too much money for their own good. read more
