But they only handled Elan and I wanted to go to Control 4. I interviewed 4 companies and Javier was the only one to point out that we had Cat 3 cable and to get the highest speeds we needed to go to Cat6, which would require some rewiring. Also, other companies me told that I needed an equipment rack to straighten out the cable mess in my cabinet. Javier said he could take care of that without a rack. This would be a cost saving of about $2000! I found the following to be very positive about Javier and the team he works with: 1) Always available (I've contacted him early in the AM and late at 9pm and he always answered promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably. 2) He bid what was needed and got me the best prices possible 3) He was on time and on budget 4) He left the job site clean 5) Everything worked! 6) His bid was half of what my prior vendor bid for a system that provides everything we need and more. 7) Before Javier, we never got more than 200Mbps even though we paid for gigabit service. With Javier's upgrade we now get over 900MBPS everywhere in the house. I include a before and after picture so you can see his handiwork. There was an Amp and AVR in an adjacent cabinet that he was able to consolidate into the one neat setup where everything can be accessed easily. For a tile project, shouldn't there be an onsite evaluation to assess the work required? Moreover, if you had visited my location, I could have discussed two additional tasks that would significantly increase the scope and cost of the project to your advantage. In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.

They came and the project was difficult as my walls have no crawl space and they are plaster/lathe so they had to cut the walls. They cleaned up my HDMI/Ethernet wiring without me asking by running them through walls instead of the cord cover I was using. They had extra HDMI cable as mine was too short. After they finished they asked for less than 50 percent of what I expected the project to cost. I would recommend for any installation and just wished I contacted them sooner.

Digit-All installed a commercial-grade Ubiquity network that works flawlessly and exceeded my expectations. After that, they mounted our TVs perfectly and set up a 5.1 home theater system in our family room. Before the work started, I discovered there was existing wiring in the house we could use. Hani was awesome and tracked down all of the existing wires in the house and re-used them before running any new drops. They also kept any damage to an absolute minimum, making sure they cleaned up after themselves and letting me know what patching and painting might be required before doing any damage. After everything was setup and turned on, we had a small issue I discovered on Friday evening. I reached out saying let's plan to fix it and Hani immediately replied that he would be out the next day (Saturday) to get it resolved!
