I was a bit surprised that there was no place to hang my coat and I was told just to lay it in a chair. The hairdresser I was assigned, Beck, could not have been nicer. She had a firm yet gentle touch with the shampooing. However it was obvious she was less practiced with Men's hair and the term 'business cut'. She cut it rather short on the sides and even after I asked her to snip some stray long hairs, I found others when I got home. Overall, the results were perfectly fine, but for the price I expected better. Doubt I'll be back for my regular trim.

For my most recent visit, I was very intentional about asking them not to braid my edges. The shop was extremely crowded. The initial braider worked on the front and sides of my hair, then another braider came to work on the back. Based on my experience, she appeared unsure of the process and it took about four hours to complete just the back portion of my medium knotless boho bob. When it was time to finish, there seemed to be some confusion, and the original braider stepped in to complete the style. After spending over six hours there, I got home and looked at the back of my hair. In my opinion, the quality was very poor and inconsistent with the front. It looked uneven and not up to professional standards. I typically braid my own hair, but I have an infant so my time is limited. Had I known it would take over six hours for a medium bob and that the work would be completed by someone who's work was not up to standard, I would have chosen to do it myself. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.
