I'd give this place a 3.5 but my review is based on what my personal preference of items (glass, vintage packaging and ephemera, Fenton, Pyrex) are. They serve Drippy's ice cream at the fountain. All concoctions are made by hand so it takes a minute to get your order. I ordered a scoop of the Salty Goat ice cream flavor, and an orangeade, made of fresh squeezed orange juice and fizzy water. (You can get it with flat water.) Try it, you'll like it!
