It was not until I stopped with the family (after a Segway ride in the Blue Mountains) at Blaxland McDonalds that I have ever seen a burger that looks like it does in all those pictures that advertise the restaurant. Service was quick and friendly, foor looked amazing and believe it or not...it wasn't freezing cold. I thought I had landed on an alien planet. I could go on but you get the point. A current Affair and Today Tonight should go to Blaxland to show the rest of Australia what McDonalds food should look like. Great job Blaxland McDonalds staff and managers. This restaurant is Asian vegetarian with a few fusion dishes but most of the menu is meant to be shared. So come down with a group so you can order everything on the menu because I can vouch that every dish I've had has blown me away in terms of flavour, texture, presentation. The standout is the roasted duck & buk Choy which tastes, smells & feels like duck, the hot pot selections are so comforting & the noodle soup bowls are massive & so light & tasty.
