I not sure what made me want to drive down Wilkinson the first time, as there are credit unions in every other direction, but I'm glad I did. Always plenty of parking, really helpful tellers, and I usually don't even have to wait. The security mechanisms on the doors threw me off the first time, but you learn to work with them.

Most of their time, if you travel like me, beware they will hold onto your credit card, bank card and you have no help oversea. So I decided, I still have to go to a real bank. As I live in Charlotte, they could not have access to information from California. When I went to the branch at Freedom Drive, their staff has been very patient to call, check for me. Since they know me, things get easier. If the staff are having the same kind of attitude like those over the phone service, I'm afraid, BOA may have closed half of their business. If someone can let me know which bank has better service, Not HSBC that I will never go in US, that will be very nice.

I don't believe I have ever been inside this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you can get an account here I definitely recommend it. They have great rates, wonderful services like a change counting machine and VITA tax preparation. State Employees Credit Union is my bank of choice.
