I would not recommend this service. I was scheduled to have an onboarding video meeting in which I…read morewas have difficulties figuring out. They then refused to use a telephone to correct the issue. This business seems to ONLY want to do business over email. Well, I tried that. The picture below shows how many attempts I made to get my meeting rescheduled. After the fifth attempt, I FINNALY got a response saying they are now closed tor the season! Haha! The same email explained they would be back in the office on August 18th and to reach back out at that time to continue where we left off. I had no choice since they had all my original tax documents and I could not retrieve them. I waited patiently for this time to arrive. They just returned back to the office at the said time and notified me that since I missed the onboarding call on April 22 that they refused to reschedule, they are not taking on any clients. If you are a high net-worth client like myself, I would avoid this company like the plague. They are unresponsive (as shown below), they lack systems to help when a client cant get into a meeting, they have no issue lying about revisiting your tasks after their promise to do so.
