Never a consistent time. Even if it is the same time 5 days a week. It can run more than 30-45 minutes late! What is the point to scheduling a time, if it is not going to be adhered too? People have a schedule that needs to be kept. Businesses close, needing their workers with special needs picked up by a certain time, if not Plover Taxi would just as soon leave them standing on the curb, no matter the weather outside! This is DISGRACEFUL and NO WAY for a service business to operate. I understand they get random calls for rides throughout the day, but people with scheduled times should be honored and the last minute people calling should be understanding, realizing other people have appointment/ scheduled services. Plover Taxi should also be letting these random callers know they need to wait. read more

SHIERL or however you spell the owners name was very rude 24/7 .she would have us waiting for hours just to say drivers already came when they needed would show up HER DRIVERS WERE RUDE always and racist I FILED A POLICE REPORT ONA DRIVER haven't heard anything back yet and with that being said She never talked to me or my husband with any respect we moved to Wisconsin not knowing anyone or anything so to be uncomfortable everytime I requested a taxi is insane . Called plover taxi at 10:30am trying to go home and said I'd wait outside my job for them to come get me, mind you it's barely 15 degrees outside. I waited and waited on that bench for an hour until my fingers and toes were numb. Called them back they said they had someone on the way it would be about 15 mins. 30 mins later there's still no taxi to pick me up. At this point I was sick of waiting and called my sister who was at work asking her to take me home because I waited for an hour and a half in the freezing cold waiting for a taxi who never showed. In the future tell your clients what the wait time is expected to be so they can plan accordingly or choose another service who won't make them wait an hour and a half for a taxi to never show. read more

I asked if the driver could wait 10 minutes while I quickly signed a paper, then take me back home to Plover. she said "no, we don't wait you'll have to call for a ride back home. If I could give a 0 I would Sheryl is probably the worst person there no matter if you set your time an hour ahead she will still make sure you are late or just randomly cancel your taxi and then get mad at you when her driver's leave you stranded on the side of the road she will say they wouldn't do that she refused to get my wife a wheelchair taxi and when i asked her for the city number she starts yelling and blaming you or another company you would have a better chance walking to work before your taxi shows up almost been in a car accident because amber one of the taxi drives speeds and drives super reckless but when you tell Sheryl it's somehow your fault that whole place needs to be shut down read more

I wish I could give 0. I hung up befor I even setup a ride. Receptionist is rude! She is a "what do you want, you are a inconvenience" kind of person. Should not work in customer service. Plover taxi has shit to offer. They are extremely rude to me, and would not allow me to schedule a return pickup. Instead I have to call after my appointment and sit and wait for long periods of time. I am also disabled and I have a trained ESA. I gave this company the official document from my Doctor, that I need her with me at ALL times especially in public, and they still tell me I can't bring her. As far as I'm concerned, that is illegal to forbid someone who is prescribed so to speak, an ESA. If it is illegal, I would like a copy of the sources. Drivers are nice except Brenda. She is extremely rude and nasty, she should NOT be answering phones or dealing with people, she is way to rude! This service is shitty, unless you get them on a good day, which is never. This shitty service makes me want to just steal a damn car! So my advice to you, is do NOT use Plover Taxi. read more

Terrible service. I called at 2 for a 2:30 pickup. I had to work at three. The driver came early, was very rude. I was the first in the van, and the last to leave. And I was VERY late for work. I would rather go to a different service and pay more than go through this piece of shit service again. read more
