People have a schedule that needs to be kept. Businesses close, needing their workers with special needs picked up by a certain time, if not Plover Taxi would just as soon leave them standing on the curb, no matter the weather outside! This is DISGRACEFUL and NO WAY for a service business to operate. I understand they get random calls for rides throughout the day, but people with scheduled times should be honored and the last minute people calling should be understanding, realizing other people have appointment/ scheduled services.
