Though my date and I accidentally went into Pleasure Chest when we arrived, we quickly (after going into a second incorrect storefront) located the entrance to the restaurant/lounge. We were thrilled to learn that we had both a regular server for food and drinks, as well as an expert budtender for all of our other needs. The actual dispensary has friendly, beautiful, and knowledgeable budtenders who will take your order (which will save you a $20 fee if you bring your own weed) and point you to the back where you go stairs to a beautiful bohemian styled cafe where they serve some good non alcoholic drinks. The manager was amazing and accommodated me very well. Unfortunately we didn't take any pictures when we were there but the food was amazing! They tried to sell me more expensive products, saying my order was out of stock. The employees response was " I wish there was something I can do." as a customer, this is frustrating. As a business owner, I can tell you there's plenty things one can do!! #1 update your inventory #2 be transparent and loyal to your customers. loved it here! came for my 21st birthday, i'm allergic to alcohol so finding a restaurant i can celebrate and partake in some sort of substance that won't break me out in hives was great! some problems came up with our reservation so i was worried we'd have to reschedule but the hostess was incredibly kind and helpful and moved it back for us! we reserved a table for irie & lounge and were sat immediately, very attentive staff (almost overbearing but we did come in an hr and a half before closing so i don't blame them). flight attendant was very insightful on the products (cash only). ambience was amazing, dim lighting, great ventilation and every table looked like it would've been great for pictures. there is a parking lot although we were told some days it is used for valet only. food was beautifully presented and tasted good! expensive but that was expected and worth it. about 3 different waiters came to bring the food out (we ordered ceviche, cheese board, and chicken parm) which made tipping feel a bit confusing since we were introduced to our "main" waitress when we placed our orders. i already had a birthday cake to cut at home and we didn't want to stay too long so we passed on dessert and they offered a complimentary brownie! it came with a very cute candle. only con was short hair found in the dessert and chicken parm. i was not sober enough to care but was a little off putting for a fancy shmancy place. it also would've been helpful to have a bag for the togo boxes but it wasn't a big deal. overall it was amazing and i would love to come back again some time! read more
