I have been a customer for the past 10 years or so and never thought to write a review until now. Always someone on staff to assist and having tv or music helps time go by. On the flip side though,the staff definitely try to accommodate you as much as possible... For instance, I lost my card, well someone picked it up, and the lady who worked there went as far as to have the owner review the cameras when he came in... Luckily after asking around the guy returned it before having to go through all of that 1st... Overall I do feel safe there, but could there be a few adjustments, by all means... I would have given it a lower star rating if it wasn't for him. I only go here because it is better that the laundromat that is right up the street from me but if I had a car this would not be the place I would go and wash my clothes. I do like that you don't use coins to wash and you just add money to a card and so it helps you not have to haul around money especially in our day and age. I don't like their dryers they don't get that hot and you only get 10 minutes on the dryer. I have changed machines to find a good dryer and still was unable to dry my clothes it was frustrating. When I went to one of the other attendants and told her about how many times I had tried to dry my clothes she looked at me like so what do you want me to do...that was so rude! I had another incident where the attendant didn't know I was inside the laundromat and he and another customer were talking about me as he pulled my clothes out of the washing machine. I had a lot of clothes that day and since I don't drive I had to make a trip back to my house with the clothes that were dry and I thought I would make it back in time before the machine had stopped, but unfortunately I didn't but I saw another one of the machines had stopped so I began to take my clothes from the machine and I hear him say this doesn't make any sense the young lady just walked away and left all her clothes and these dryers belong to her to...I said yes they do and I'm right here you don't know what is going on with me and I would appreciate you stop talking about something you don't know about to a customer who doesn't know me...that was rude! I have had some good moments like when I received an ice cream sandwich from the attendant that opens up the laundromat. He is always so sweet and he is always talking about his wife...He is an older gentlemen but he is cool. I also like that they do keep it clean but I try and get there early so I don't have to worry about the crowd of other people trying to wash their clothes. They do have free dry(you get a certain amount based on the washing machine you use) but they need to fix those dryers so you don't use all your drys and your clothes aren't dry! I come here out of necessity not because it is great laundromat so I will be back!!! Enjoy!
