ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS, DONT BUY ANYTHING…read more i've never been one to write reviews on places but this is ridiculous. i went in this store to get souvenirs for my family, a little over priced but not unreasonable for the nick nacks. most clothing stores at the beach are a little over priced and that's cool and all, but here, the latino guy who acts like he barely speaks english told me at check out "i'll give you 3 free t shirts and the only thing you have to do is pay for the print and ill print it for you." in my head, im getting a good deal! awesome! proceeds to print me 3 custom decal shirts. told me "i put this washing and drying coat on all my shirts so they don't crack in the machines." then, charged me $60 per shirt for that small coat he was talking about. i paid $170 for 3 shirts. absolutely criminal and all sales are final. he didn't say anything about a price until i clicked accept. it was my fault for not asking questions so, i'm writing this review to help out the other people who don't ask questions like me. i went back to get a refund and blew up on him, he said he told me plain as day that he told me these prices but he never did. it's an absolute scam. there's better mom and pop stores for better prices all over. just be careful about this guy.

These people are scam artists. They don't tell you pricing intentionally. I tried to buy items…read morealready printed but they told me they have to print new ones for us. Trying to add on t-shirts that are "free" only have to pay for design. They tried to charge $55 for each design, designs I can get on Amazon for $19. Avoid at all costs and do not give them a single cent of your hard earned money. These people are literal trash.

I appreciate that they consistently explain the policy so customers know the rules upfront. This past weekend, I went shopping with my mom on Saturday. On Sunday she asked me to return a pair of earrings because the closure wasn't secure. I went back to the store with the item and the receipt about 15 minutes before closing. When I brought the item to the counter, the interaction started with some not-so-inviting remarks. I asked the associate helping me if there was an issue returning jewelry, and she said there wasn't but that she needed to check the receipt because of the strict policy. Before she even looked at my receipt, another employee with reddish hair stepped in and said they had to be careful because people "try to get over all the time." At that point, my receipt still hadn't even been reviewed. I firmly explained that my mom had asked me at the last minute to return the item and that I really didn't want to come back out, but because of their policy she wanted to make sure it was returned within the timeframe. The other employee responded sarcastically, saying, "Well, your mom is right." The associate who was originally helping me then completed the return without any issue. Afterward, I quickly checked out at one shop and headed out since the stores were closing. As I walked toward the door, I could hear the same employee loudly expressing her frustrations, and when she noticed me she immediately stopped and turned away. I completely understand why a business like this needs to have a strict return policy, and I respect that. However, the commentary and assumptions made during the process were unnecessary. A simple, professional interaction would have made the experience much more pleasant.
