There is no excuse for a spa to have forward facing employees with openly hostile attitudes before they've even seen a customer. If you notice a flood of high reviews, they're not real. This is a very basic etiquette of running a business. I reached out to her recently about my concern. She then mentioned for the first time that skin purging typically happens with hydrafacial when using homecare routine but this never happened to any other client so I never mentioned to you earlier. It was complete lack of knowledge sharing from her side. She was very furious about me complaining about my skin. I had all the rights of knowing complete plus and minus effects of an hydrafacial when I specifically mentioned to her that I have very sensitive skin after my pregnancy. She never ever mentioned this purging effect of hydrafacial to me before. It's your job to mention all the side effects from your side. This is very disappointing and completely non professional. On complaining she mentioned a representative from hydrafacial would reach you out. This is utterly unacceptable and ridiculous customer service. Not taking accountability of your own business. Non professionalism at it's peak. I will reach out to all platforms and places with my experience so that no one goes through this like me. Even there is slight chance of it. Pay $200 to have my lashes done here, I booked my appointment for Friday, they started to fall out…read morebefore I ever even went to bed, I had lost probably 25 individual lashes or more, Saturday morning I woke up and the entire middle of my left eye was missing, at that point they weren't even considered a fill anymore, the "spa" was not scheduled to open until 10 AM, I called at 8:30 in the morning on Saturday, the next morning, the woman that did my lashes, Sarah Williams, answered the phone, and I had told her about the situation with my lashes. Immediately, she blamed it on me for coughing during the end of my service, said that the watering of my eyes must have caused them to fall out. I started to cough about 15 minutes toward the end of my session, before I coughed, I asked her if it was all right for me to cough, and she told me that all she had left to do was the inner edges of my eyes and it was no big deal for me to cough. Of course, due to all my coughing in the last 15 minutes, I tipped her $25 on top of the $175 service, I had told her that I was going out of town and needed my lashes done when I called the studio and she was in at 8:30, I had hoped that she would be able to fix my lashes that morning, but she scheduled me for Monday and I had family photos and could not wait until Monday to get my lashes fixed. I ended up scheduling with moon aesthetics, on Warfield Boulevard, The fixed my lashes at an extremely discounted rate for the inconvenience that was caused by someone else completely. On Monday, I obviously did not go to the fix appointment, where they wanted to message me and asked me if I was showing up, where I told them that I already had my lashes fixed, and they said that they would see me at my next appointment, at no point in time does she apologize or put any sense of urgency on this situation, and of course she did not offer any kind of refund, nor did I ask for one because at this point, I'm just good, I'd rather wash my hands of the place. Not to mention the entire time that I'm getting my lashes done, all of the employees are talking negatively about their manager and coworkers, just childhood drama from grown women. I don't know who Grace is, but I definitely shouldn't know as much as I know about her personal situations or her work behavior, these people are unprofessional.

I was able to make an appointment online (for the next day), and received good communication on that also, through text.
