I was quoted $100 flat rate which was very reasonable considering a local shop quoted me $85 just for the tow to their shop. Matt arrived at my home at the specified time. He was able to back the broken spark plug out without damaging cylinder or the engine. He allowed me to watch his progress and answered all of my questions while he completed the job! I went to Chris for months, and I always felt that I could trust him and was taken care of…read more Until... I wasn't. I have no idea what happened, but my AC issue was never resolved. And it's now, August. He gave me bandaid fix after bandaid fix. Then, I drove out there 30+ mins to wait 7 hours to have my AC go out again in less than a week. And Chris knew that I was driving out of my way to see him. He knew that I trusted him and believed him. I went to him for EVERYTHING including oil changes and tires. I have no idea what happened, but I can no longer trust or rely on Chris. And I talked him up so much to so many people. It's, also, to my understand that I brought him business.
