There is also bathrooms and picnics tables on site (can be rented) which makes this a nice place for parties. I have never heard from Ms. Daland until I wrote my review. So, I'm skeptical of her apology…read morebelow, as she made no attempt to write or call me after I repeatedly requested to speak to her. However, her staff called me immediately that I owed about $7-$8 for a snack and toy after my debit card was lost and the charge didn't process. By then, I was owed over $1000 in special needs recreational funding that this school would not process, but they gave me one day to pay when the debit card was reported lost, and the $7-$8 didn't go through. This is a true story-and even the staff member seemed uncomfortable saying I had to pay when she knew I was owed a lot of money in funding due to their failures. Then, months later, another staff member offered me one month of free tuition for all of our trouble due to the discrepancies in the financials and my constant attempts to get ahold of someone. Then, get this- they came back and reneged on the free tuition and demanded the one month of tuition and said I must pay it. I said you offered me one free month's tuition, and I am now about $1100 in funding that is missing due to your own failures to file. They wouldn't even upload a simple tax document (very telling) for 8 months, until Aveanna's (a 3rd-party) finance department conducted another investigation with a higher-up in the claims department. Even then, they still never bothered to upload the rest of the financials. Then they BANNED my autistic 7-year-old from swim lessons because I didn't pay the one month that they offered for free, then reneged without notice, when I was owed at least $1100 in funding and was now chasing a 3rd party to investigate their financial claims when they refused to respond to me and to my caseworker. My RC caseworker, who supports children with special needs, told me he can't keep calling them to no avail. He had numerous other special-needs clients to contact and really tried to support us. But as soon as I write a bad review on Yelp, Leslie comes running. Had she made ANY attempt to contact me and express remorse over how things went down (even if I never get paid back, just say sorry or acknowledge what happened-some communication from her), this review never would have been posted. I didn't know this woman existed until this review hit; now she's accessible. My autistic child is STILL BANNED from this swim school for me not paying one month's tuition that was offered for free after I was in the hole of maybe $1100 plus in lost funding. I had to explain to her why she can't go, and she cried thinking she did something wrong while I waited for another swim school's waiting list for special needs clients to open. Thanks! This is literally the only negative review I've ever written.

I wish I could give this park five stars, but the lack of cleanliness especially in the bathrooms makes it hard to overlook. The floors have mold, the trash piles up, and the walls and ceiling are dirty, with a strong odor and no ventilation. It also makes me question how clean the pools really are. For the cost of admission, the park should absolutely maintain the bathrooms to a higher standard. * Entrance to park the car $25. * Entrance Fee for the water park $28. * Kids under two got in for free. * No food or drink allowed (water bottle was allowed)

It was my kids first time climbing inside a climbing gym. Luckily we had a wonderful crew of…read moreparents who made the experience amazing. We were celebrating a birthday with a group of kids. The lady working the gym today was such a buzz kill. I am all about following the rules and being safe especially in a climbing environment. We were told two rules at the beginning. Harness and shoes must be worn in rope areas and the bouldering area is off limits to 5 and under and that was changing soon. Icing on the cake was the pretentious tone she gave my young son and I by stating that he wouldn't enjoy climbing as he is being put in a harness. Way to set him up for success by saying a negative comment before he even gets to try it. Remember boulderdash staff what you say around kids they absorb. Words have a huge impact. You might "teach" children in your classes but not all children are the same. I've never been to a climbing gym that a manager can go climb with friends and family for hours. She wasn't supervising who was coming in and out and what was happening throughout the gym. When said manager did decide to come around she was randomly yelling at our kids or us for not doing things she never told us about in the first place. One star for the power trip employee with a negative attitude. One star for the cleanliness of the facility. It could use a deep cleaning. Sanitizer stations would be good. The lady working chased and almost grabbed my child for accidentally walking in the restroom with her climbing shoes to wash her hands. Again I understand it's the rules and we followed the rules given. That was one moment a child forgot and a parent was standing up to stop the child from going in. The gym had plenty of beginner routes and top ropes. Boulder area could use improvements. The weight station is a joke. A few free weights and kettle bells crammed in a corner. We will stick with climbing outdoors. After all it is Southern California.

The place has good business with nice customers, who care about the place and bring great tennis. Mark always cared about the clients and always had the latest information on racquets. recently I came in on a Sunday to watch my son's League play to find another coach in charge. He instructed the boy at the front desk to wash courts, and the boy responded that he had jeans/close toed shoes on and wasn't dressed for washing courts because he wasn't told in advance that he'd be washing courts. The coach responded, "just roll up your jeans and go barefoot." The coach later instructed another girl to help him, and she replied that she wasn't dressed for it either and didn't have sandals, and that "sometimes there's glass on court." The man dismissed her comment with a sarcastic response and complained about her coworker to her: "he doesn't want to wash courts because he's not dressed for it. can you believe it? All you have to do is go barefoot and roll up his jeans." The courts should be washed more often than OTC does in my opinion, but I believe it's a serious liability for both the company and the employees. I couldn't believe the manager's sarcastic response.......... He didn't care about the safety of his employees!!! And what kind of manager gossips about other employees to others? So unprofessional. It was WAY better when Mark was running the place. If you come to OTC watch out. They should really treat their employees better. I don't know how they can take care of their customers if they don't care about their employees just as well.
