My group and I had been there for about an hour, ordered drinks, tipped, and participated in karaoke without any issues. Everything was going well. However, we were suddenly told we would no longer be served, without any explanation. When I calmly asked for clarification, another staff member approached and made a comment about us having "the worst attitude," which was unexpected and did not reflect our behavior or experience that evening. We chose to leave without escalating the situation, but the interaction felt unprofessional and confusing--especially since there had been no prior issue or communication. I'm sharing this in hopes that it can be reviewed internally, as it impacted what had otherwise been a consistently positive experience.

It was crowded so obviously people in the area enjoy it and I told a coworker it might be a place for them but it was a general place that had a local feel. If like a little excitement or engagement like that it might not be that for you. I am pretty neutral most places and try to do a when in Rome sort of thing but did try to get everyone up and dancing which maybe wasn't the place for that at that time.
