My wife and I have ways had great experiences here until today. I dropped off our clothes like we…read morealways do and everytime we drop off our clothes someone always calls us and lets us know when our clothes are ready or if we need to wait until tomorrow. The gentlemen that I dropped our clothes off said, after I asked, that our clothes might be done around 4. I told him to please give me a call like always and he said he would. So around 4:30 after not receiving a call I tried calling them back and no one answered the phone. I called again around 5:30 and still no one so I went up there. This location has a sign that clearly states that their store is open and attended 24 hours a day. Meaning that there will always be an attendant working there. So I called the management number that is left in the store and a lady answered and said she would come down and get my clothes. This lady is Ashley, who happens to be the district manager, and soon as she gets out of her car, she instantly patronizes me by telling me they now close at 5pm everyday and that this would be the only time she ever comes up to let me get laundry after they are closed. So I tell Ashley and show her the sign in pink and black that clearly states they are open and attended 24 hours. I asked her several times to show me where the store hours sign is. I was not able anywhere in the store to see this sign and she later pulled out a sign that did in fact have hours and claimed it is always posted on the counter. Why would you not post that on the door so your customers can clearly see the new hours and leave up a sign with false information? After I told her this she said she couldn't do anything about it since she isn't the owner and she also got on me about calling another store which my wife did not me. I finally received my clothes and after being called a "smart ass" by Ashley and told I was not welcome there anymore I hope that the owners take this seriously because this is not how you treat your customers at all. There was no nice apology but all I received was Ashley being very patronizing to me and even going to other customers to bad mouth me while I was there. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

Highlands- Cherokee Triangle, Bardstown Road

Somehow, over the years, I have accumulated enough "dry clean only" clothing to warrant a…read moresemi-regular trip to the cleaners. I am super nervous about shrinkage and tears, so there are only a handful of cleaners that I would trust with my clothing. Highland is at the top of the list. This location has a drive-through, which makes getting in and out a breeze despite being on Bardstown Road. Of course, convenience isn't the only factor: They are friendly, fast (sometimes less than 24 hours turnaround time), and reasonable. This is not to say they are cheap. My typical order of ~8 items consisting of mostly sweaters and one blazer usually comes to around $75, and you're looking at way more than that if you start adding dresses or suiting. But, I trust them, and given how infrequently I actually go to the cleaners, this cost fits my budget. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of the staples and stickers that they attach to clothing tags. My least favorite part of dry cleaning is coming home and using my fingernails to peel stapled stickers off of my clothing tags. When something isn't stapled, it's stuck on with the force of a thousand glue guns - seriously, there are some clothing items of mine that will just have a perpetual Highland barcode attached because I'm not sure how to chemically remove these stickers. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a solid dry cleaner in the area. And if they ever get rid of these stickers and staples, I'm upgrading to five stars!

*!Trigger Warning!* Went in to the store this Saturday and…read moreproceeded to watch "Sean" or "Shawn" (the worker at the time) scream obscenities and homophobic remarks at a customer because the customer came in a few minutes before closing. Absolutely crazy to see happen at 3:55PM on a Saturday. The worker just kept screaming "I'll just re-enlist f*gg*t! You won't do sh*t!" All over some laundry! Very sad to see the quality of employees here. I got the information of the Customer who was verbally abused and many of the customers at the bike shop next door saw the entire thing.
