When stopping in at this store, we honestly did not expect super fresh food considering it was late night. The food was fresh! We were met with the most amazing warm welcome and service. Team members seemed friendly, happy and enthusiastic. Genuinely cared how our night was going, asked us how our trip was and guaranteed the food was fresh. The store was well stocked. The music playing in the store was a good vibe. They actually have self- check out at this location which I prefer. The only draw back to this location is the fact that there is no car wash. Otherwise, loved it. Only a minute from I-70 and I-695.

I stopped by this Royal Farms location a few days ago after work and had one of the best customer…read moreservice experiences I've had in a long time. It was Thursday I believe around 6pm. I don't usually leave reviews but this one felt necessary. There was a guy named Eddie working behind the food counter and the way he handled everything stood out immediately. His delightful greeting as I approached to order caught my attention. He was moving with purpose, staying on top of orders, keeping things clean, and still making time to acknowledge every customer that walked up. You could tell he actually takes pride in what he's doing. What impressed me most was how he balanced speed with quality. A lot of places rush you through but he made sure everything was done right without making it feel slow. He kept a positive attitude the entire time, even with multiple people waiting and didn't miss a beat. It's rare to see that level of consistency and professionalism, especially during busy hours. Employees like that are the reason people come back. I know a review isn't much but I hope this helps that young man. It was truly a pleasure

Upon paying for the car wash (which gives you a. 10 cent reduction/gallon), I pulled up to this janky shack that looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90s. Upon pulling in, I expected the standard: 1) super soft brush spindles or 2) those massive of felt or whatever that fabric is for a 'brushless' car wash. What I got were two incredibly narrow wands that had micro holes in them. Once I accepted the selection, I expected very powerful jets of foam, liquids & waxes to rocket out. Instead, I got a machine (w/ two wands that basically 'spit' liquid out. So pathetic, I couldn't help but laugh. Okay. So THIS was a complete waste of money. EPIC FAIL!!! I don't know if this is ALWAYS a packed location but every pump has a line of cars almost bleeding into one of the business roads in bmore (Reisterstown Road). Be careful!
