When I came to collect the comforter, I was given someone else's comforter and had to bring it back to get my own. Once I got it home, I realized that it had never been cleaned so I had to bring it back again to have it cleaned. When I picked it up, it had been cleaned well enough, but there were still spots that I had hoped would have been cleaned out, and I would've expected it to have looked nicer and not be as wrinkled as it was. I called and spoke with them about getting a credit for the poor service and the multiple times I had to come back and was told that no, they cleaned the comforter four times And would not give me my money back. I will never go there again!

A little weird since I had a friend call them up to get prices and she told him it would be around $1-3 for a shirt and wouldn't reveal the rest of the pricing. Bad business? I think so.
