It's a counter serve within the mall food court. This is new compared to the 2 other ones that's been there for quite a while. Server was kind and courteous. Now the food. It smells so good you could taste all the food by just looking at them. As it looks on the pictures attached, it truly tastes amazing. For a broth made by simmering beef bones, I would expect some grease inside. The noodles had good texture and the spring rolls were great. For casual diners, Pho Da Cao may be good choice. For me, the quality of the pho is not to my standards.
