The manager last night flat out called us out of our names using language I cannot even bring myself to type. In short, all because we asked for our proper change and for our tickets to be reworked. Every restaurant and place of business can do that with ease. That shouldn't call for us to be disrespected. It makes zero sense. Zero. We were respectful, pretty, and paid! We weren't "loud, ghetto, or any (special choice of words)". So with that being said, if you're brown, we're not welcomed there!!! This holds serious weight. This did happen. This will be dealt with in the proper way and through the proper channels. I do not tolerate disrespect of any form.

That salmon was so tasty, so fresh, so tender, and so satisfying, coupled with the cream cheese, raspberry aioli and shrimp--it was amazing. It's a little pricey for once sushi roll, but if you get just one roll, this is a really good one to get. I loved the blackened salmon. It was crunchy on top, juicy in the middle, and perfectly cooked. The fried rice (instead of plain rice) was really tasty too. The veggies were nice. All together I loved this dish. My nephew enjoyed the lomi salad and took half of it home. We split the tempura bananas and enjoyed it. If you like funnel cake, you will like the tempura bananas. I can't wait to go back! Even now at ages 14 and 12, the first place they ask to go when we visit grandma is to Incredible Pizza. We visited again this week (on Tuesday) and immediately noticed a difference. The name, the characters - nothing terrible, just different. All was fine until my kids went to sit down in dining room and saw the ice cream machine was gone. In its place was a generic Dippin' Dots machine - $5.50 for a tiny cup. My kids made this crazy sound and scared me. LOL. I know it's sounds silly but they were beyond upset. They LOVED that ice cream machine. Like LOVED it. Couldn't wait to get there for it. The scrambler (their fave ride) was also non operational that day so strike 2. I'll be honest, my mom and I bring them every single time we are in Tulsa. When we go we know we are spending at least $150-$200. You pay to get in and eat food and play. To now have to pay to get generic Dippin' dots was a let down. We didn't buy them because that's another $15 or more on top of what we already spent. When we left the kids said, we had fun but there's no point in going back since the ice cream machine is gone. LOL. Hey, parents don't go here for themselves - it's the kids that drive this place. And while it may seem silly that a simple ice cream machine makes the difference for them....well, they ARE your target market. Bring the ice cream machine back!!! I did notice some differences this time that are worth pointing out this go vs other trips here that I want to go over as a near lifelong fan: I searched online a bit but couldn't find any information on this but I believe they were recently bought by another company. There's a Chuck E Cheese style of characters plastered all over the place and that is new. When I say everywhere I mean EVERYWHERE. Signs, TVs the website EVERYWHERE. There seems to be a hefty investment in this new company's take trying to match the energy of a place for much younger people. It's probably fine but different than the place I enjoyed when I was 10. Kind of sad to see they sold. We were kind of disappointed to find that the arcade and ride area is extremely hot. The girl at the prize counter who helped explain the unlimited passes we bought better was pouring sweat. That's kind of concerning. It's like being in a warehouse in the summer and all she was doing was helping us with a card. She was super pleasant though. They have fans everywhere to help and cooling stations about but for an indoor amusement park it was very hot. The staff was absolutely amazing though. We are always blown away by how friendly the teenaged staff is in the arcade area. It's kind of shocking how such a pleasant and eager to help group of teenagers run the rides and prize store. I was not as friendly during my angsty teenaged years. The handful of adults in the arcade area working, I'm assuming the bosses, were extremely helpful too. Everyone had a great time and we felt like we were being catered to everywhere we went even though there was a big event going on. It's a dramatic difference between the employee interactions we have other places. We went on Saturday around 11:30am. Spent about $200 and were there for about 3 hours. It's pricier than we remember for sure but the service was great. My daughter won a gigantic stuffed racoon from the string cut game on her first try and it was the cherry on top of her small victory over summer reading classes. The AC is a problem though and I hope the new owners address it for our next visit. If not for us for the kind kids working there.

We opted to play PC games, which as you know, PCs could be quite glitchy and I had to switch to another computer. One hot tip to know beforehand! If you are not well versed in today's PC games (which I haven't been for more than a decade), you have to register for accounts like Steam, Epic Games, and Riot Games to access their game library, but that eats away the time that you purchased to use the PCs, so I would register for those accounts at home so you don't waste time. On top of that, Steam gets especially buggy and so I got booted a few times playing Counter-Strike. Other than the gaming platform issues, this place is perfect for groups as well. We saw some families holding some sort of gathering there and the food looks pretty good too. Waypoint Lounge is a little far, but it's worth a trip checking it out.
