With that said, this location is just as fun--if not better--than the original. It seems they have more large claw machines here, along with some new smaller ones. Best of all, every machine is still just 1 token, which is fantastic considering that other places we've visited in Texas, Oklahoma, and California typically charge much more. This is something my two kids and wife appreciate--and so does my wallet. Trading in multiple plushies for a larger one is available at this location as well, with the smaller claw machine wins being an exception for upgrading. You can even have a party here and they will close down the location for a certain time to enjoy this place privately (which we will most likely do for our kids bday in December). The customer service remains excellent, with staff who are genuinely helpful and friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Now, a light-up dancefloor is at the front of all the tables. The dance floor is the new space for the birthday song/dance party with Chuck E. Cheese. They have also added a trampoline area by the games. This is an additional cost to gameplay time. It has been five years since I last hosted a party here, and the experience has dramatically improved. Our party host, Gabby, was exceptional! She took care of everything and was so good with all the kids. The birthday star and all the kids had a blast! This location has stepped up. I would have no problem hosting another party here again.
