There were technical issues from the very beginning, but that's not what I'm upset about. No one can predict when something like that goes wrong. What I am so upset about is how they handled it. Not only did they block the festival organization from any further communication about how to resolve the situation, they cursed at paying customers and also a member of the organization that was trying to help that night. I felt bad for all of the talented artists, for all the attendees who paid good money to support them, and also for the festival organizers (some of them who actually traveled for the event). Shame on you, Deja's... that is not how to run a business. People are in a great mood, ready to have a great time...and the way you just ruined the whole night with your lack of preparation and lack of professionalism is something I won't soon forget.
