We also ordered two beers and one was delicious, while the other tasted as if the line hadn't been cleaned in quite a long time. Food is good and the selections of beer is great. The place tends to be cold and music is loud. This is not the place for large groups. Even with advance notice they were unwilling to accommodate a large group of 15. We have to split the group in two, even during a night where the place was not full and there were no more people in the area where we were sitting. read more

The parking can be limited, which pulled to score down. GX Driver - Service Score - 95 GX Impact - 2.0 Why? The Playami staff are polite and demonstrate a positive energy. They are attentive, but not overbearing. They greet you, smile and check your needs at the appropriate time and frequency. GX Driver - Communication Score - 80 GX Impact - 1.5 Why? The staff is proficient in English, but some of the terminology we are accustomed to was a bit off. "Last call vs kitchen closing", "Diablo" is really DIABLO (please adopt the 1-10 hot scale that Indian restaurants have on your spicy stuff), and they had unclear and different closing hours which is normal in foodservice. COVID Readiness Score - 97 GX Impact - 4.0 The entrance protocols include temperature reading, hand sanitizing and a foot scrub of 30 seconds. All staff have plastic masks and seating is separated.
