We made a reservation prior to coming because in order to make it inside you need to book a reservation. The establishment is small which is why you have to reserve. We came at around 10:45 and our reservation was for 11:00. They sat us down right away. The vibes are chill and cool, there's a dj playing music. It was like house, tech vibes. The music was great and people were enjoying their time. We had 1 cocktail each and went on our way because we just came to check out the spot honestly. I had the fabulous martini which has a purple hue to it, it was very refreshing. I love that they garnish it with a lavender. The espresso martini was made with Don Julio Reposado, and had real fresh espresso as per the menu. It was good but a bit strong too! We had asked for an extra shot of espresso on the side just as a pick me up. But our server told us that it comes cold, which is odd because the menu literally says freshly brewed espresso in the cocktail description. It was fine though, we still enjoyed the drinks. Overall, our experience was nice! If you are ever in the Hialeah area, you should totally check this spot out. They also have bites you can order but we were full from dinner and didn't get a chance to try anything. Definitely have to come back to try some more cocktails and grab some bites!

I've been enjoying this location for years and can't believe I never left a review before…read more Well to start my favorite thing about coming to Coopers Hawk is the consistency of the food quality and flavor. I know my favorite dish is always going to taste good. Never a disappointment. I'm a member of their wine club and I really enjoy their wines. I'm not a white wine or sparkling wine lover but their Blanc de Blanc is my personal favorite. It is simply delicious. I like it in both a Mimosa as well as plain. Our second favorite is the Lux Meritage, followed by the Super Tuscan as I truly am a Red wine lover. I recently tasted their alcohol free wine and was shocked to have liked 2 out of 3 flavors. The Strawberry Elderflower was yum and so was the plain. I forgot what that was called...Vivente maybe? Not 100% sure on the name but it was tasty too. So if you have non drinkers or any preggers in your crew CH have you covered. Now to the food my favorite appetizer is the Chicken Potstickers, the Asian salad that the potstickers sit upon is sooooooooo good! The wait staff always comments on how we're usually the only ones who eat the salad. That's sad because to me it's the best part! Asian egg rolls, flatbreads meatball apps are also good. My favorite dishes... Brunch: Breakfast Gnocchi Carbonara, Chilaquiles and the French Toast Dinner: Braised Short Ribs with Root Vegetables and Braised Short Rib Risotto are ties for 1sr place. Dessert: Their chocolate cake and key lime cake are also tied for 1st place Although. Sadly, they do much better in the dessert category with their monthly chef specials! I'm so sad when I taste something absolutely delicious and it goes away! We've also done yearly dinners in their party room for my husband's company and Linear is our Super Star! We had him take care of us single handed in 2024 and he did such a phenomenal job we requested him for our 2025 dinner. Both party's were great and Linear was on top of everything. I love that he now waits in the main dining hall as well because now we can request to sit in his area and be properly cared for. Another Super Star server is Yolanda! She's so good it's hard to get seated in her area because her other guests always request to sit in her area as well. Finally, the manager Sam, he always stops at our table when he sees us in the restaurant. He makes us feel very welcome and he's always on top of everything ensuring that all Patrons are enjoying their meal and dining experience. I can't say enough good things about the Doral location.

The restaurant has valet and I keep forgetting to ask if it is free. The lunch menu is reasonably priced but the service is not rushed - so you will definitely need more than an hour. I limit my visits to this location mainly because of the parking.

But right beside are tables of folks who are not a part of club. I was asked each time (breakfast, tea time, and happy hour if I had club lounge access). I started by having lunch here. The burger was really good and priced right at $19. The side of sweet potato fries were really good, German and Caroline were excellent servers at breakfast. German kept an eye on my iced tea and refilled it before I had to ask. I also requested egg whites. I had a couple plates of nice crispy bacon as well. For happy hour, Fernando was a true gem! He made sure I continuously had a glass of water. I enjoyed the club offerings and made friends with other guests. The next evening, Fernando was off and it was noticeable the service was not as attentive. There was a private event outside and people kept walking thru the tables designated for club guests. That was an atmosphere killer - far from "exclusive." This morning, German and Caroline were off. I had to ask to have my iced tea refilled. The check was brought to my table before I had taken my first bite of bacon. I was charged and then the charge taken off at check out. They had not noted I had club lounge access. I would like to try Nau once renovations are finished to the Club Lounge and the main restaurant.

I did try to make a reservation before hand but due to the party size I was unable to make it online and there was no answer when I called. I love how the whole party does not need to be present for us to be seated. Once seated, the waitress came and took our order. We asked her if it was possible to individually split our bill but she indicated she was unable to do that for a party larger than 6 but was going to ask anyways. I think she forgot to ask because she just brought one bill. Thankfully, we were able to pay with no issues. As to the food and drinks. I was impress with their happy hour menu. It definitely has options for everyone. To drink, I tried the margarita. It was good but I could not really taste the pineapple it had. As to bites, I tried the salmon nigiri and it was good. The tuna crispy rice was okay. I've tried better at other places. The pork belly bao buns was delicious and filling and the rock shrimp was very tasty as well. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the shrimps. The bao bun and shrimp were my favorite of the night. The service was good. I did like how the waitress brought a dessert with a candle without us asking when she realized we were celebrating a birthday. I also enjoyed the live music that they had later on in the night. Overall, I had a blast and will definitely return to try other items on the menu.

I had a Latin Mule cocktail (a twist on the Moscow Mule) which was so good. The perfect drink and I'm still thinking about it. My husband had a Lucky Buddha beer. For app we had Roasted Provoleta. It came out on fire and I didn't realize it was ours or I would have started taking video earlier. By the time I stated the video the flames were petering out. It had an interesting Smokey taste but was good. For dinner I had the Negroni combo and he had the Sashimi combo and we essentially split it all. It was all incredible. The sashimi had such a good flavor. Really everything did. I want to go back for this entire combo of food (but maybe try another app next time not bc it wasn't good but that's the only one I'm not dying to have again). Our server was very friendly but he was way too busy, so service was slow. I was so worried we were going to be late to pick up our child even though we started with plenty of time. He didn't come back to take our order until a little bit after we finished our appetizer. I had to flag him down for our check at the end, and it took literally 20 minutes, no exaggeration, to get our check. The hostesses were not overly kind either.
