The average wait time for a beer was around 25 minutes, which is unacceptable when you're sitting at the bar. It also appeared that regulars were being prioritized while other guests waited much longer for service. To make matters worse, there were empty tables being held while people were waiting outside to be seated, and there didn't seem to be any structure or organization to manage the crowd. Behind the bar, one of the bar backs was on FaceTime while basic bar prep hadn't been completed--there wasn't even cut fruit available for cocktails. This wasn't a staffing problem; it was a leadership and management problem. On a major sporting event day, guests expect an operation that is organized, prepared, and well-managed. The chicken in the quesadilla was a little dry, but the whole thing tasted good and had a good flavor. I also ordered a Mango Veza Sur beer from the tap; so refreshing, I love the local beer in Miami.
