Instead of ignoring it, Ralph actually came to my door to see how he could help and noticed the phone issue himself. That level of attentiveness and follow-through is rare and greatly appreciated. The hotel is extremely clean, and the breakfast was amazing, it was fresh, well-stocked, and far better than expected. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and have stayed in some of the best hotels around the world, and honestly, the level of service and cleanliness here has been outstanding.
