We asked the cashier if we could get a refund and explained the situation and they would not do ANYTHING for us, didn't give a crap nothing fit!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL he says so we look for a sign that says that and bam a tiny little sticky note at the corner of the counter was there no refund policy! Now mind you we have spent 1000.00 over the years from them!! NEVER AGAIN! He found a sweatshirt hidden in the back of the rack finally, not his taste, still a little too big, but will work! it cost 5.00 less also... no gift card with 5.00 credit.. just a see ya later! would not recommend shopping here, completely in aawwweee of the lack of consideration to a loyal local customer unbeknownst to them!! I was trying to put a friends name down that lives in the valley on the order and I couldn't since the order was already made in my name. I was told to cancel and reorder. Well since it was the last item I couldn't reorder since the system now says it's out of stock. I called again to ask if they would hold it at the desk as my friend is on her way to the store. They also tell me no and good luck and hopefully it's on the shelves when she gets here. For customer service it doesn't seem like these people like servicing their customers.
