If less stars were possible, Mark would get them. Absolutely disgusting behavior towards employees & in front of customers. As a manager & a representation for a business. Allow personal friends to hang out with their feet on things, drinking coffee, spewing filth at employees and with customers, swearing too, there is no question why this place has gone down hill. What is running it and the clientele KNOWS they are free to do while there, is the problem. Very erratic guy, very bizarre. The vibe of the place is like a cheap vape/strip lounge. Prices are decent. Steph is cool and laid back and helpful. Manager likes to have only females working with him because he enjoys staring at their butts and chest when the bend over or lean over. Also likes to look at and talk about female customers body and what he would do to them if he could. Employees seem to rotate often and the females he hires don't know much about vaping stuff other than how to put batteries in, turn them on/off, put in or change out a pre-made coil. They don't know much about building, what attys to use safely on mechs. He hires females who watch some stuff on YouTube and then think they know what they are doin. When they are not real stoned from smoking dabs in the shop, they usually do ok. But, when they are very high, they don't function very well. read more

Awesome place!, dealt with a guy named Mark, cool guy, very informative, even took time to give my dad a run down of the vaping sensation, now my dad vapes! Lol, even told me when I get into more advanced set ups to stop on by and he would give me the 101 on RTA builds! Lots of parts and accessories, I'd recommend this place to anyone, or even if you've got friends or family that you would like to see drop the habit, they have the goods and the knowledge to provide you with a awesome experience, thanks Mark, I'll definitely be back! read more

Have been in this shop a few times now and have enjoyed my experiences. They have a clean shop. The employees are nice and helpful. They might have slightly more expensive equipment than buying online, but who doesn't. Paying $85 for a Mod that I can get online for $74 after shipping costs isn't as big a deal to me as supporting local businesses. I have no issue giving that extra $10 if it means helping businesses stay around. They have decent prices. Nothing extreme in markup from what I've seen and researched thus far. If you want the cheapest then by all means buy online. I prefer to help local businesses. This business is good. Give them a try. read more

He has poor customer service, and thats there manager? What a way to represent the company and the local area. He has terrible breath that I can smell from 10 feet away. No joke. once again... looking for a zero star option. took a friend here, as they are quitting smoking. Overpriced crap better found online for much less. Sketchy clientele that made me check if I locked the truck. employee tried to short change my friend. ended up finding what they needed elsewhere cheaper. read more

I looked over the selections and didn't see prices on anything I was interested in, when I did finally ask for a price the item was taken to the register like I was already buying it and when I was told it would be $15 for something I could buy online or anywhere else in town for around $5 I just walked out. read more
