I found out I had to supply a Blu Ray Projector for a wedding less than a week before the event. I did a last minute search on Google and the search resulted in Puget Sound Pro Audio Rental. Frankly I never heard of this company and did not know what to expect. I sent an email to Puget Sound Pro Audio Rental (PSPAR) via their website expecting an answer in a few days. Was I surprised! I received an answer in less than 20 minutes from the owner Tony. Over a series of email question and answers Tony knew and suggested a projector system that I needed. I had a projector reserved for an event within 2 days of my initial search at a fair and reasonable price. I had my questions answered in a very timely basis. For example I had a question regarding Audio wires. I sent Tony an email late Sunday afternoon not expecting an answer till Monday. I had an answer by that same Sunday at 6 PM. What company provides that high quality customer service! The story did not end there. The wedding party also rented special lighting for the wedding from PSPAR. On the day of the event right on time Dan, of PSPAR, showed up at the wedding location with the projector and the lighting system. He calmly and professionally set up the projector, showed me how it worked and went on to set up the lighting. The projector worked perfectly and the lighting enhanced the ambiance of the wedding venue. When I returned the lighting and the projector the day after the event, I found Dan coming out the door as we were parked. Dan helped us by taking the equipment out of our car and back into the building. I am very impressed with this company's commitment to high customer service and professionalism. I will preface this by saying that I am a complete novice when it comes to most things electronic or computer-related so it was with a bit of trepidation to find a supplier of AV equipment that would be able to put my mind at rest and walk/talk me through the equipment set-up. Tony couldn't have been nicer or more patient with my newbie questions. The equipment itself that he expertly recommended for the size of the room couldn't have been better prescribed. The equipment: sound system and LCD projector/screen couldn't have been more top-quality. You also couldn't beat his pricing. I thought it was incredibly reasonable for the equipment I received. I couldn't have been more pleased and thanks to Tony, the event, my parents 50th Anniversary Party was a huge success! My only minor complaint and I attribute this more to my lack of computer know-how was that it wasn't thoroughly explained to me how to link up my laptop screen with what was being projected on the screen and after a few frantic moments at the event when I was setting up, thanks to Tony's immediate return phone call(after hours), he was able to talk me through it. I have used them four times and will not go any where else for my sound and visual needs. They have helped and provided high quality products for all my school functions and private parties. We rented Equipment from Tony for our wedding. I had really no clue what I wanted, or needed. Tony was able to guide me through the equipment, and help me get the set-up that would work best for me! I was especially surprised to hear he would deliver.. all the way up to the Woodinville area! That's quite a drive, but Tony was still there by 9am, getting equipment set up. He was able to help us determine the best position for the speakers, and got everything set up in great time! He ran a few of my family members through the running of the sound equipment, and we were golden! Working with Tony was an absolute breeze, he was friendly and quick to respond, and was very easy to work with! Tony was extremely helpful with the suggestions he gave. I was given a project at work to set up a presentation in an unusual location. I had a little over a week to get three configurations that I could submit to my supervisors and they could pick the one they liked the most. Tony was able to guide me through how the setups would work and I was able to submit them to my supervisors and they selected one of them. I picked up the equipment no a Friday, set up the projector screens and everything worked like a charm on the Saturday of the meeting. I broke everything down on Saturday evening and returned the projector screens on Sunday. My supervisors were so impressed that the CEO of my company even said he was impressed with it. I rented a piece of equipment from Tony for two days. The amount of the rental was only $10 but he treated me like I spent a million dollars with his company. Absolutely great customer service and helpful. We were having a large event for work and in the process we realized our audio system would not work with our set up as we were having a panel presentation and needed at least 3 microphones and our system would only work with 1. Spoke with Tony and he had a package that would work for us utilizing our on-site speakers. Had a few delays because of our procurement process, but we were able to pick up the system and get back to the office in-time to set up and test it out... Then we realized we needed two more cords to run from the equalizer to our speakers because we only had 1 and when we called Tony he said he had two 25ft cords available. I wish I could add more stars to this review... I just had the best experience working with Tony. I'm an event planner and needed audio rentals for my out of town musicians. From the very beginning, Tony went above & beyond as he offered to call the musicians to double confirm we were going to have all the correct items. THEN when they added a few things to list he immediately went out of his way to purchase the extra materials since it was last minute. He was BEYOND professional and is extremely responsive. The musicians even said "this was the best setup we have ever had" and they barely needed to tweak things during sound check. I love this place! A few months ago, I was planning a movie screening party and I needed to rent a projector. I was struggling to find one for a reasonable price, and I was running out of time. On Saturday, the day of the party, I stumbled across Puget Sound Pro Audio Rental. I called Tony and he said I could pick up the projector right away. The projector was easy to use, reasonably priced (~$85 for a 24 hour rental, I think?), worked great, and really made the party spectacular.
