That place felt massive. This location does feel a little smaller, but it's still massive. Plenty of vendors and variety, some shady vendors that will overcharge too much or just be plain rude, but overall it's a great experience as you will find very niche and interesting/weird stuff. You will also find vendors selling things for great prices. Make sure to bring cash and most vendors will give you a discount. The only downside is even with the ridiculously large parking area, it STILL fills up every single day. It's literally always busy, so prepare to walk a lot. Always fun to visit every once in a while.

One time, I was looking at buying some TCG cards, when a guy bought a whole booster box, opened them all, picked out the couple cards he wanted and asked the vender if they wanted to buy the rest back. Vender refused, so I offered $20 for everything. It was amazing. Now, it's gotten way too commercial for my liking. Everything cost way more than they should, and You can't find a deal anywhere. Last week, I came in looking for a couple MTG to fill out my cEDH deck. Seller says they price things competitive off TCGPlayer website, and then quoted me $6over the tcg price for a $20 card. He says they have to charge more since the booth costs them money. So... I could just buy online, save the upcharge, and you will have to pay for shipping? Thanks but no thanks.

We were especially thankful to attend the recent NeeDoh drop! Unfortunately, there was an uncomfortable situation outside in the parking lot involving an older woman approaching customers to purchase their newly purchased NeeDohs and taking pictures of people waiting in line without permission. This was not related to the shop itself, but I wanted to mention it so others attending future squishy drops can be aware. Overall, we highly recommend Wonder Emporium and always enjoy supporting this wonderful local shop!

I'm sorry that some of you had a bad experience, but ours was great, especially considering we arrived only 20 minutes before closing, when most business owners are ready to head home. Oh, and let me add that I'm Mexican and gay, so as far as being racist or discriminating goes... FAR FROM IT!! I did correct my Goddaughter for grabbing something from the display window--not okay! Plus, she's 12 and should know better, period. The owners were very kind in gently explaining why it wasn't okay, and I appreciated that because their house, their rules! Kids need to understand that when you walk into someone's place of business--or even their home--you should be respectful and ask for permission or assistance before touching things. Again, thank you both for all the great recommendations and for being so kind about my pup, who was on a leash and wearing a diaper to ensure there were zero accident possibilities. Our pup loved you guys! She's usually a little shy at first, but she walked right up to both of you. Dogs know. We'll definitely be back to check out some of the games you have when we have more time to browse. Like I said, we came right before closing, and even though it's a business, everyone wants to go home after work, and we respected that. No attitude, no pressure--just two kind business owners doing what they love.

When I entered there was a few people working and they were all helpful. They guided me and helped me found the funko pop I was looking for. I suggest you bring cash because when I payed with cash they did not tax's me. You just pay the flat price of what did you get.

But when I doubled back, I saw that I was in the corner of the entrance of the lot. I decided to park on the street to play it safe and then walked over to the store. I was excited to see soo many pops in one place, especially the ones that were rarer and more expensive. Their pop prices start at $10.00 for their common ones and goes up from there based on rarity, if it was exclusive to a convention or so and more. There were also mystery packs and pop protectors for sale as well. The pops were sorted by either movie, show or collection. The expensive ones were mostly placed in a glass case and the walls were just filled with shelves of these different pops. It felt like a museum to me as I looked at the different pops with little price tags placed on them if they were above the $10.00 price point. There were a few that cost below $10.00 or what they actually would be worth due to damages, wear or other things that would affect the price.Upstairs they had most of the common pops for $10.00. Both times I visited, I ended up getting some pops for my boyfriend and I hehe And I liked the fact that they throw in a pop protector when you check in. I think the downside of this company is when you try buying Mystery Boxes online. They were selling some over the weekend and released them online at noon, but I had no luck the first two days and then gave up on the third day. I guess I would try next time, but those bots and technical difficulties on my end are killer...

The owner replied that it was automatically canceled because of fraud when everything else that I bought today went through without a problem. I'm sitting on a well over 20 K in that account, and when I tried to call the business, there is nobody to speak to it goes to a voicemail telling you to contact their email. So if this guy really cared about a sale, he would be contacting me right now trying to make things right and get me to buy the product because I actually did need it for a gift and it's going to be hard to source elsewhere. I'm sorry even the reply here is just absolutely pathetic.

In this modern era where you can pretty much buy any anime merch you want online, Anime Station still manages to provide a unique, curated shopping experience with the following: 1) Constantly updating with new products and new anime goods. Everytime I visit, there's something different and it's fun to just browse. 2) Capsule machines. There's a good number of them and while they are just a bit pricey, the variety and unusual prizes are worth it. 3) Official goods. As far as I can tell, most of the items are officially licensed and displayed in an orderly, neat way. 4) Ichiban kuji. If you don't know, Ichiban kuji is a prize lottery where you buy tickets towards different tiers of prizes. There are ways to purchase the prizes online but it's much more convenient the way they have you purchase tickets here. The Ichiban kuji available here are a good mix of older anime and new ones. It's also really nice that they have the prizes on display so you have a better idea of the actual product. It's often hard to tell sometimes what a prize is really like from photos or sample illustrations online. Today when I stopped by, Kate and the young man working (sorry forgot his name) helped me out to purchase tickets for the Frieren Ichiban kuji and I was able to get the special last prize!! Thank you so much!

It's $2 for a card to load the Groupon arcade credits, and the points per card by dollar value are intentionally difficult to calculate. Some machines cost 15.6, some cost 8.8, etc. The claws do have the double tap function, but they are rigged so the claws loosen at top and payout is meh, even when the employees reset the machine if asked. The cutting machine is also quite rigged and rarely stops after letting go of the button. Overall, I prefer claw machine places (like claw daddy, infinity claws) with more enthusiastic and helpful employees (versus those sitting back at the counter chatting with their non-working friends) and a less rigged system. I won't be back again.

I am very on edge when taking a kid (9 years old) into a store like this as it can be overwhelming, but as soon as Mike interacted with my son, the stress went right away. The girl that runs the register is super friendly and is great at what she does. A+ in customer service. My favorite section is all there signed memorabilia from baseballs to portraits to jerseys framed and priced very well and all come with certificate of authenticity. They also have a section right in front of nothing but BLUE HEAVEN most every bobble head you thought you missed snatching up they will have it. They also have these dodger mystery boxes they sell for $60 guaranteed with something signed from someone in them but at these times I don't have $60 to throw away on a mystery box. (So sad). So now that I described one side of the store you still have the middle and the other side which is just filled with the stuff I mentioned earlier super exciting place to be if you're a collector. This place is located in the puente hills mall right next to Macy's and in these Covid times the mall looks so dead. In my words it's like living in a mall in a zombie movie.
