Definitely not the place to take new name brand clothes expecting your money worth, great example. I purchased a name brand item fid not like fit and waited too long for return so decided I would sale back well the amount the wanted to give me back was a complete joke compared to what I had just paid. I have taken items in once before again all name brand in season right sizes typically wore and they only took a small portion and offered me the lowest amt. now as for shopping on occasion you can find bargains if your able to stop in every couple of weeks. My wife and I took a ton of clothes to this scam business. 95% never worn, new Miss Me jeans, brand new shirts with tags still on , etc. They took less than 20 min. to look at prob over 50 items and we were then informed that everything we brought showed signs of wear and they couldn't do anything for us. First of all, you are a RESALE shop. The clothes aren't supposed to be brand new. Ours were 85% never worn. Staff was very rude, we will never darken your door again bc you are scamming people and I hope one or more of you lose your jobs for being disrespectful to your customers. SHAME ON YOU. 90% OFF SALE??!!!! Why yes I will! I purchased over $260 worth of clothes all for only $25.68. The store was organized well and the girls working were all really nice! I have never been to a store that had more rude workers than this store. They ruined my birthday and I will never be going back. If I could give a negatice review they would get a -100. We caused no problems and were being very good customers. We were going to buy items but we had to eventually walk out. read more

This place really has it all. It's my go to place if I'm looking for a cute crop top or some cute shorts. However, what they pay for clothes you bring in is little to nothing. I brought in brand new never worn heels, Jean dress, and a pair of Steve Madden shoes and only received $15. This is a low price for brand new name brand items. read more

This place is a joke. Brought in a ton of name brand clothing (AE, Victoria Secret, Nike, Miss Me, North Face), most of it less than a year old, some still with tags. They quickly picked a couple of things and didn't even look at 1/2 of what I had. Then when the quote from the computer came it was ridiculously low, less than 15% of what they were selling similar items for currently in the store. the workers in the store are rude and should not work in customer service. there is a way to address situation and your workers are not mature enough to handle them. they made our friend cry on her birthday. we chose to use your store and were treated poorly. read more
