Since Covid they now have online shopping as well as shipping. Very few consignment shops offer layaway but Jills does and its worth it for those 2nd hand name brand purses that you have been dying to get but just cant break down and pay the new prices here is your chance. I have taken items in once before again all name brand in season right sizes typically wore and they only took a small portion and offered me the lowest amt. now as for shopping on occasion you can find bargains if your able to stop in every couple of weeks. It would be nice if they were able to have layaway though for some of the name brand higher end items

The owner is kind and very personable, she goes above and beyond for her customers. The store is always very clean, smells nice, and is well organized. This is my favorite locally owned business in Fort Smith. Since she moved from her downtown location to the Highway 71 store, she has a bigger store and it's a much nicer side of town!
