From the moment I walked in, the manager…read more(Sonia ) was overly pushy once she started trying to help, clearly more interested in making a quick sale than actually helping me find what I needed. It felt rushed and uncomfortable, and I didn't feel respected as a customer. What made things even worse was her unprofessional behavior after I decided not to make a purchase. As she walked away, she made a rude comment in Spanish, assuming I wouldn't understand--saying I didn't have any money to spend in the first place. Not only was that disrespectful and offensive, it was also completely false. I've never felt so disrespected while shopping. I expected a higher level of professionalism and basic courtesy, especially from a store that prides itself on customer service. I will not be returning, and I'll be sharing this experience so others can be aware.

(Refer to my posted photos for reference). The customer service is on point too! Her kitchen table and chairs were custom made and so she was able to pick everything - the color, finish, base, the style - and was able to mix and match to get the style of chairs she wanted. She opted for 4 chairs the same and two of another style. She said that she was able to happily browse her options both online and then in person too. She picked the sofa table from what was on the floor already. It is just as lovely as the kitchen table and very sturdy. My mother is a very discerning customer and has been extremely pleased with her purchases. If you are in the market for beautiful, high-quality furniture that should last for generations (at warehouse prices) then check out Woodco!
