I would have purchased one that day had the employee who helped me not been so rude. Her name was Courtney and she repeatedly spoke to me as if I were a peon. She kept raising her voice every time I would ask her a question as if I were bothering her or I was an idiot for asking.   I kept my cool during the whole ordeal even thought I felt like crying. Even after I left the store I felt sick to my stomach even into the night.I kept waiting for the manager of the store to intervene to rectify the situation since he was only a few feet away watching the events unfold but to no avail. I, myself had managed a similar store in the same mall for nearly 7 years and was dumbfounded that any employer would allow an employee to speak to a customer the way they spoke to me. I refused to go back to the store because of their awful customer service.

The outdoors-oriented store was a pleasure to see in a mall, given that Bass Pro Shops, etc. would have you driving quite a ways to look for that type of merchandise. I think that they had a bit of everything for everyone. I didn't care for the food court, but find one anywhere in the country that pleases me. California doesn't even have good food courts. The only person with which I had any contact was the security guard as I was entering, and she nodded and I nodded. That was it. I noticed an upstairs and was surprised to see a law office, a tax office and photographer (same office!), and more. Is it cheaper than a strip mall or standalone building? Malls usually are expensive for rental fees. I didn't go get my check-in free tumbler gift from the Mall Office. Durn.

The store is clean and well laid out and easy to access. The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the fact that I can shop online or through the Sam's Club app and then pay online have the order prepared and then pick it up quickly in the parking lot without having to walk inside the store.
