It would almost have been comical if we had not paid people good money to avoid such problems. The store's response to hearing they had failed to provide a professionally fitted suit? "You should have brought it back." Well we were forty five minutes away with a wedding in an hour. We trusted the job was done professionally and it was not. No apology, no discount offered; only a thoughtless dismissal. We paid them to do a competent job and they didn't deliver on that deal. No, that's not OK. Yes, fair people do refund money back in that context. But not even to extend the courtesy of an apology? Shameful. All that said, it is a newer location. Growing pains happen, especially for new operations. But it's clear that training so far is lacking. Will they improve? Maybe, that opportunity is there. Until a good number of reviews swear they've gotten their act together however, and quite possibly not even then, we won't be employing them again and our honest opinion is others should avoid doing so themselves. TL;DR: Until they get their act together, go elsewhere. ~$150 to suit up a kid, and then to do it badly? We should have just bought his outfit elsewhere.

However just after we found the correct size an associate came and asked if we needed any help, which at this point we did not, but the associate was very kind and told us to come get him if we needed anything. Upon checking out, the cashier found that the boot with the tags on it (alternately, the one my father didn't try on), was actually a different size than the boot that my father DID try on. She then asked the associate from earlier to go and find the other boot, which he did in very prompt fashion. The associate and cashier both apologized for the boxes in the aisle, and lack of selection on the shelves, stating that their stocker(s)/supply room worker(s) (I can't remember if they said singular or plural) had left just a few days earlier. They were honest, and made no excuses, all whilst helping us as best as their available associates could. I highly recommend, but be prepared to have to shuffle some boxes around.

The seamstress said it couldn't be altered to fit me and it had a zipper that was defective and causing string pulls that looked like snags across the back of the dress. I took a written statement as to such and the dress back to Beau's Bridal. They said they didn't care and the manufacturer was in China and all sales were final regardless of what happened or was found out when I left the store. Then they insulted me because the dress cost less than some of the other dresses. They said I should be lucky to find this much satin at this price even if it is damaged. It was a brand new designer gown. I didn't choose the price and it was polyester that said it couldn't be cleaned or dry cleaned not satin. Go to Bridal Elegance. It doesn't look as good on the outside but it has excellent customer service and beautiful dresses. My second choice would be Always and Forever.
