With rows that end randomly... And rows backed up by people trying to exit... And then, have this shopping center be mostly filled with stores that moved here from elsewhere in town... But have them decrease in size and selection... I didn't think it was possible to combine so much fail into one shopping center but the Great Wall of Fort Smith/Great Wall of Target put in the effort to do it.
