The outdoors-oriented store was a pleasure to see in a mall, given that Bass Pro Shops, etc. would have you driving quite a ways to look for that type of merchandise. I think that they had a bit of everything for everyone. I didn't care for the food court, but find one anywhere in the country that pleases me. California doesn't even have good food courts. The only person with which I had any contact was the security guard as I was entering, and she nodded and I nodded. That was it. I noticed an upstairs and was surprised to see a law office, a tax office and photographer (same office!), and more. Is it cheaper than a strip mall or standalone building? Malls usually are expensive for rental fees. I didn't go get my check-in free tumbler gift from the Mall Office. Durn.

And not actually plan for dealing with the hill.... Leaving a massive dirt mess in the back.... And have to build a 40 foot high retaining wall in front... That is apparently already cracking.... And only have one street that people can get here on... And only two entrances/exits... And one is a right turn only.... That people ignore.... And a maze for a parking lot... With rows that end randomly... And rows backed up by people trying to exit... And then, have this shopping center be mostly filled with stores that moved here from elsewhere in town... But have them decrease in size and selection... I didn't think it was possible to combine so much fail into one shopping center but the Great Wall of Fort Smith/Great Wall of Target put in the effort to do it.
