I'm pretty disappointed): I went in to get tape in extensions, when I got them in they were absolutely beautiful!! Abbey did mine, after they were in she told me to use shampoo that was sulfate free. So I went to the store right away to buy special shampoo. I ended up buying a vegan and 100% sulfate free product. After about four days chunks of the hair was coming out, but I thought okay maybe there wasn't enough glue there, then I started noticing actual tape in was falling disintegrating, so I can't put them back in even if I wanted to. When that started happening I called in. It had been about 4 weeks living with chunks of hair falling out. The person I talked to on the phone said "oh didn't she tell you the shampoo has to be alcohol free?" No I was never told that or I wouldn't have wasted $60 on shampoo and conditioner and $300+ to get these things out in. Then she said "maybe it's defective hair... it's time to get them removed anyways" (for $75). No that's not okay I have to pay to get them reglued especially if it's defective hair, I could have went another month if they hadn't fallen out. I'm absolutely furious they wouldn't reglue them for free after all this money I spent so I can rebuy new shampoo. Not only that but she also said "well none of my clients have had a problem because they use the shampoo we use". Not one person suggested I use that shampoo how was I supposed to know? Now I'm on vacation worried about my hair falling out. I swam in the pool for about 20 mins and my extensions are now bright ORANGE. I have bright orange hair now. Again, no one told me I couldn't go swimming. I'm furious. At first I was telling everyone how wonderful this place was but I'm so disappointed I spent hundreds of dollars for them to miscommunicate. My hair would be perfect right now if someone could have told me the correct information. At this point the only thing that would make up for this is if they put a new pack and a half in my hair, I can't even reuse this hair. I would pay to have them glued but I refuse to pay for more defective hair and poor customer service. I'm not one to ever leave a review, but seeing as I am in sales and customer service I would never let a customer be unhappy if it wasn't the customers fault. They really should be taking care of this. And this time give me all the information needed to take care of it correctly so I don't spend another $300. read more
