I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering this company!!…read more This has been one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. The company advertises "professional, reliable, trained experts," but the service has been anything but that from day one. From the very first visit, the quality of work was disappointing. The man who arrived performed work that honestly could have been done by a teenager for a fraction of the cost, yet we were charged nearly $300. When I asked basic lawn care questions, his trained expert opinion was he wasn't sure. Completely unsure and unable to provide answers! They also promise advance notice before arriving, but they have failed to do so repeatedly. Crews have shown up as late as 8PM on a Saturday without any communication. Most concerning, while we were out of town, they SOMEHOW entered our LOCKED backyard without permission. We never authorized access, and entering a locked yard without consent is completely unacceptable and felt like a violation of our privacy. On top of that, the work itself is careless. Weeds along the sides are ignored, grass clippings are left piled around the house. For the amount they charge, the service is nowhere near worth it. This company requires full payment for the entire season upfront, but when we tried to cancel due to poor service and requested a refund since they would not be completing a full season worth of services, we were told "sorry wish we could help you, but the money has already gone to operations". Despite multiple requests, I have yet to receive documentation supporting the alleged "verbal no refund would be issued agreement". To make matters worse, during one of my calls, I overheard another customer expressing similar frustrations with the company's service!! Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

Hired Cristian for hand-pull weeding on our roughly 1,000 sq ft yard and I'm so happy we did! Our…read moreyard had gotten completely taken over by weeds thanks to this brutal Colorado heat wave summer, and he tackled the whole thing in about 4 hours. The difference was night and day. He was also great with communication, which honestly made the whole thing so easy. No chasing him down for updates. And his pricing was much more reasonable compared to many of the other landscaping companies in the area. We'll definitely be having him back! Would recommend if you need landscaping done right, without the runaround or overpaying! Thanks Cristian!

THEY NEVER PAID FOR THE DAMAGES CAUSED BY THEIR CREW AFTER THEY AGREED TO. IF THEY WOULD'VE JUST…read morePAID FOR THE DAMAGES THIS REVIEW WOULDN'T BE HERE. I'VE ALREADY MADE IT VERY CLEAR TO OUR HOA BOARD THAT WE WILL NOT BE USING THEM MOVING FORWARD AND I RECOMMEND YOU DON'T EITHER! UPDATED June 20 : they finally reached out again on 6/3 wanting to learn more after they already agreed to pay the damage they caused, pictures provided to them and then no response again. This company handles snow removal for my community, the Metro Lofts (45 units). Their careless work managed to damage my patio table. While they initially took accountability and said they'd compensate me for the damage, they never have. They don't respond to emails and or voicemails. I will recommend that we sever the relationship since they clearly don't care about damaging customers property. This was supposed to be resolved on March 13 and it is now June 20th! They also will only compensate me for the original value of the table as opposed to what's replacement table would cost today. I'm sure they've raised their landscaping prices over the past decade so you'd think they'd be understanding that a table purchased 10 years ago will obviously cost more today to replace!

We hired this company to remove the sod from our front yard for a landscaping project…read more Unfortunately, the work was not as thorough or transparent as we expected. They were over an hour late, several areas of intact sod were left behind, which we had to go back and remove ourselves. More concerning, sprinkler tubing and wiring were damaged during the removal, and rather than bringing the damage to our attention, some of it appeared to have been covered up. We only discovered the issues afterward when we were preparing the yard for the next stage of the project. To their credit, the company did reimburse us for the sprinkler repairs once we brought the damage to their attention, and I appreciate that they ultimately made that right. However, the fact that the damage was not disclosed and that multiple areas of sod were left behind significantly affected our confidence in the quality of the work. I would recommend being more clear about any damage and doing a more thorough final inspection before considering the job complete.
