EDIT / UPDATE : To help further clarify - paid $400 but would've happily paid more if deemed necessary - Exact measurements were provided for the photo garlands (and were supposed to be much bigger) - While not exact bouquets were picked from the website, the complete lack of anything comparable is quite evident -Shasta daisies and carnations are nowhere comparable to white lilies and/or white roses. Both of which we received in bouquets gifted to us by friends and family, purchased by the same florist, so we are aware that they should be available for our purchase. -specifically asked for peonies and received none at all. They used to be a reputable florist and now are attempting to sell dried dead flower bouquets (if you can call it that, it honestly looked like a vase of flowers that are ready for the trash). Because a picture is worth a thousand words please see the images included in this review to understand my incredible frustration with these 'business people'. To completely understand my gripe, here's the lowdown: 1) I purchased a bouquet on line for my mothers 65th birthday expecting to get what was shown in the listing. A beautiful fall bouquet of fresh flowers. 2) What she received was this unfortunate mess also pictured below. 3) I called to ask for a redo or refund and then came the long story from the company about how their business had changed (wish I would have known that in advance!), that they mostly do dry flower arrangements now (wish I would have known this too), and that their website wasn't updated yet (wtf?! Who does this? And why I am I being shown pictures of something that looks nothing like what I purchased?!), and that I could come pick out something that I felt was of equivalent value to the frustration and disappointment of ruining my mothers 65th birthday present.... Never again. I hope you don't either.
