In addition they had the best selection of unique shades of flowers to accompany the required blue shades for floral arrangements on the tables and the individual bluish hydrangeas in square vases made it all complete. In choosing this florist, I checked other companies as well and was told by the others that they would not have blue flowers available for a June wedding. I had also met with two other florists (one wholesaler who worked out of her own home, the other a well known florist in Sidney), but nothing (price, attention to detail, customer service) compared to Jennings. Rob is a really fun guy to talk to about wedding flowers as he is truly enthusiastic about the line of work he is in. I had a rough idea of what I wanted for wedding flowers/designs, but Rob is the only florist who truly listened to me and my thoughts and gave suggestions where his expertise was helpful. Other florists suggested designs that weren't what I truly wanted, and one even tried to suggest I buy the flowers from her and do the work myself! Ha, on my wedding day (or even the days leading up), I didn't want to be responsible for that. Rob took the reigns, and I can't express enough how fantastic he was to work with. The big day arrived, and I was truly blown away by the scope of the flowers we ordered. From the bouquets to the altar arrangements to the centerpieces, Rob truly captured my vision and then some. Not only that, but he had backup blooms in the event we had a floral emergency. We didn't - but I'm thankful that he was prepared. Rob delivered and set up flowers for our ceremony, and then returned when the venue had to re-set the room from the ceremony to reception. Now THAT is dedication! I was catfished and then given a bs remedy…read more I am a previous repeat customer and therefore I was very shocked to find the quality of their flowers had not only taken a dive, but had really hit rock bottom. They used to be a reputable florist and now are attempting to sell dried dead flower bouquets (if you can call it that, it honestly looked like a vase of flowers that are ready for the trash). Because a picture is worth a thousand words please see the images included in this review to understand my incredible frustration with these 'business people'. To completely understand my gripe, here's the lowdown: 1) I purchased a bouquet on line for my mothers 65th birthday expecting to get what was shown in the listing. A beautiful fall bouquet of fresh flowers. 2) What she received was this unfortunate mess also pictured below. 3) I called to ask for a redo or refund and then came the long story from the company about how their business had changed (wish I would have known that in advance!), that they mostly do dry flower arrangements now (wish I would have known this too), and that their website wasn't updated yet (wtf?! Who does this? And why I am I being shown pictures of something that looks nothing like what I purchased?!), and that I could come pick out something that I felt was of equivalent value to the frustration and disappointment of ruining my mothers 65th birthday present....
