Purchased car wash and was not advised the closing time…read more Following car wash vacuum turned off before I could finish approx 7:15 pm. I asked Kerwin the attendant why the vacuums tuned off, he explained the the car wash was closed. I asked why they allow cars to get washed with out advising customers of the closing time. Rather than offer help, Kerwin became argumentative with me. He said it was like going to a restaurant, I pushed back and said if a restaurant sits you before closing, they allow you to finish your meal. I asked for the vacuum to be turned on again, Kerwin refused. No "I am sorry" no "comeback tomorrow, here is a coupon" Why should I pay $30 for half a car wash? There are choices in Santa Rosa. This place lost my business.

I understand that the wash uses recycled water as required by local regulations, but this seemed way far beyond what I would consider normal. Is their filtration working? Additionally, my car was not clean when it came out of the wash. Under the new ownership, they no longer offer a complimentary rewash if your car isn't cleaned adequately. Not that I would have wanted to go through the wash a second time given the odor... I asked for a refund and none was given. Edit: The employee told me to go their website to reach out to support. I did. I got an email response and then no further action was taken. I filed a chargeback on my credit card. Over a week later, I get a cheery form letter from their customer service stating "If you have questions or concerns about a one-time wash purchase, we kindly recommend visiting your preferred location. A site manager will be happy to review your situation and assist you directly." I already did this. I tried. And I was passed along to your corporate service, who now insists nothing can be done. This is the very definition of inept management.

Usually, they're pretty busy but they weren't busy, so I asked if I could either go through again or something. "No" I was frustrated. A hand print, bird poop, dirt...it comes off in other car washes. I think they turned their water pressure way down or something. Not worth it $12 or $32 per month

What a magical experience! Bravo, 5 stars for the acting, zero stars for literally everything else. I paid for the Super Mega Ultra Deluxe Galactic Clean (or whatever nonsense name they slapped on the highest tier), expecting my truck to come out sparkling like a unicorn in a toothpaste commercial. Instead, it came out looking like it had just fought in the Dust Bowl and lost. Let's break it down: * Soap: I think they used the memory of soap. A faint mist of regret sprayed over my windshield while sad rainbow foam pretended to do something. * Brushes: More like large, passive-aggressive pool noodles gently caressing my truck as if afraid to make physical contact. * Rinse: Did they actually rinse it? I couldn't tell through the tears of betrayal. * Dryer: Oh, the dryer. A majestic, wheezing machine that coughed lukewarm air onto my vehicle like it was blowing out birthday candles for a ghost. By the end, my truck looked like it had been emotionally cleaned -- like it went through a breakup and cried in a puddle. Mud still clinging on, bugs still throwing a block party on the windshield, and somehow the tire shine made the tires look older. Honestly, I don't think I paid for a car wash -- I think I just funded a very lazy science experiment. Or a prank show. Or a front for laundering money via not laundering cars. To summarize: If you enjoy the thrill of being disappointed, robbed, and personally insulted by machinery, this place is your Disneyland. Otherwise? Grab a hose, a sponge, and your own tears. You'll get a better result.
