What was accomplished was not to my engineer's specifications, it was sloppy, poor quality, and delivered in fits and starts as if the team got in over their heads and had no clue how to manipulate material, focus on the task at hand or follow through. The net result was the team walking off the job having received most of their payment but not having delivered on the job. I wound up hiring Woody's metal and they sorted the whole thing out without any drams and in a very efficient manner in less than 10 days. I would not recommend Manchaca metals. I am including some photos that compare the quality of work delivered by Manchaca compared to the quality of work delivered by the crew I hired to replace them. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this crew for anything that requires: working against plans, precision, focus, attention, or just generally giving a damn.
