Could not be happier with the entire process from start to finish! Andy Tonsager and Melanie Christiansen were both great to work with! Andy was extremely helpful with the whole process. I was having trouble figuring out which bar code was the right one for our system, a few of them were indicating they would work. I sent Andy a picture of the bar code. When we thought that it still wasn't going to work out Andy went to two coworkers who were able to determine the right bar code for us to use. The extra attention to detail was truly appreciated. Melanie then followed up with things on a personal level to make sure when we might need to re-order and let me know she can be reached with any questions or concerns. Found this company doing a search for plastic cards. After talking to 3 other companies and trying to get samples and estimates unsuccessfully, I did another search and read reviews. Glad I did! John Zavoral, one of their sales reps, was very friendly and helpful, not pushy. I got a simple estimate, some samples and recommended to my client that we use them. I sent the art work in and got the final product that was not exactly what I wanted. Now I had to call them and do the dreaded request for a reprinting. What happened next should be a example to every company when a customer isn't happy. I dealt with 5 folks inside the company that kept asking what they could do and would do to make me happy. No push back, no hidden clauses or fees. Just let us fix it for you so you are happy. Am I happy? Estatic is a better word. I considered ordering from this place although I loathe having to be contacted for a quote. I'm a fan a transparent pricing. However, I gave them a chance. The salesperson, Jeffery, called me immediately and was incredibly condescending on the phone when I explained I did not want credit card thickness business cards, "Why would you want something thin"? So people will keep them and not toss them aside for taking up so much space in their wallet? He insisted on sending me pricing info anyway, which was much more expensive than similar products on the market. He called again to follow up and I told him it wasn't the price point we were looking for and again he became argumentative and condescending - "Good luck with that!", etc. I don't care if they are giving away free cards, I wouldn't order from such a disrespectful ass. read more

I went thru 4 different design phases all at my request and received all proofs within 24 hours, 3 out of the 4 times they were same day service. It is always amazing to me as I read thru some of the negative posts on this site as to "how could this be?" when I received nothing but 1st class service from Cole and 2 others within the company I worked with. We needed plastic barcode cards for our employees so they can punch in and out. We first tried a "bargain" plastic card printing expert, who, as it turned out, was located on a different continent.
