We could tell they were making way for Christmas Trees. Thinking we couldn't accomplish this, and getting ready to leave, all of a sudden, their employee Stephanie appeared. Without a hitch, she asked us what we needed. We then received extensive information on what was available. Not only was she educating us on varieties of lilac bushes, but she was also going to go into was already put away into storage for the spring to bring us what we asked for. Wow! Talk about going above and beyond. She actually brought out 4 bushes so we could choose wisely. We chose our two, and with Stephanie's advice purchased the fertilizer to go with it in planting. I checked out the hot house, and Platt Hill employees were all over the place preparing for Christmas. Everyone employee greeted me and kept working at the same time. I would say the store will be ready for Christmas in a couple of days. I believe they are having an open house this weekend. Thank you, Stephanie for such an uplift on an ordinary buying experience. Next step is buying the Christmas tree. Can't wait to feel the true spirit.

We were able to quickly set-up appointments that worked around our schedules and were at convenient locations. Our designer, Jamie, was a joy to work with! Her approach to our floral arrangements was inspired and excellently reflected the vision we had for our wedding. During our meetings, she always was on top of details and attentive to our needs. I am not sure if other comments have mentioned this, but Town and Country has a few locations throughout the Chicagoland area. We met at both the Schaumburg and Elgin locations throughout our wedding preparations. From the flower petals for our in memorial table to center pieces and bouquets, Jamie and Town and Country performed beyond our expectations. No detail was overlooked! Jamie was also fabulous about working with adjustments to our wedding day. We ended up needing fewer center pieces for the reception and Jamie gladly worked with us to make the adjustments. Another aspect of working with Jamie I valued was her talent for understanding the feel of our wedding and making suggestions. She helped us better capture our theme and save us money (always a plus!). Her knowledge of flowers that were in season for our wedding was a wonderful help! For example, she suggested snap dragons to help mirror our cherry blossom theme. They became one of my favorite parts of our center pieces! Town and Country has an amazing selection of rentals to meet any needs. We had rentals for the church arrangements and center pieces that were diverse! They moved arrangements from the church to be reused at the reception. They also willingly helped us to donate our arrangements to a hospice center following our wedding! When I called The Mulch Center, I told them I would need the ten yards of premium mulch dropped after a specific time (to avoid my tenants), and on the exact day I specified, in order for me to put it to use. They noted on my invoice for the driver to not call me on the day of delivery (because I would be on a flight), and the driver dropped the mulch in the exact place requested. There was no dumping near the street or other nonsense. Most importantly - the mulch was excellent, competitively priced, and easy to order. Receipts were originally not provided to me, the purchaser. Since then, the owner has contacted me to resolve this and the company is willing to provide receipts and the name of the company who picked up and scammed me. They have agreed to amend their policy to require a copied photo ID of the pickup person. Originally they were to continue to support and protect the middle man, but given this unfortunate circumstance, they are agreeing to work with the purchaser to catch any potential fraud and theft from homeowners. Jimmy is the owner who called me to resolve the issue, provide the name, and provide the receipts to me. I am happy that they are going to take photocopies of the ID cards so that this doesn't happen with them/through them with landscape scammers.

The entire job included the designing, planting of arperzvites, pine tree, bushes, ground cover, and plants, as well as installing the outcropping and paver stones. Their hard work and good ideas resulted in beautiful back yard setting. The Fields team was very efficient and adjusted well to whatever ideas and modifications my wife and I suggested. Anything for carpet cleaning, mold remediation, water and fire damage, these guys are the best in chicago land. The customer service is as good as you can hope for. The lady treated me very kindly. There's an option to setup an account with them if you have a company. I recommend that. They explain everything to you and answer all of your questions. I also noticed that they have a serious repair shop for truck mounts. The best part is the location, it's a few minutes off of the highway so there's very easy access.
