He communicated with me during every step of the process, including verifying tree placement location and "uprightness". The team's attention to detail in protecting my relatively new hardscaping, surrounding ground plants and outdoor furniture was wonderful to observe, without me even needing to say anything. Once the tree was planted, top finished and deeply watered, Brandon reviewed all the post-planting details again with me.
