I have never seen such a comprehensive collection of camellias, and you can find basically any variety (or something very close to it) that you're looking for. They also have a fantastic carnivorous plant section that is a lot of fun to just browse. The workers here are lovely and clearly love their job. There's always one close by to answer questions and help decided on what to get. Cold creek can be on the pricier side compared to big box stores, but you definitely pay for what you get here, and the extra cost is worth it!

We had bought and planted 7 Encore Azaleas at Cold Creek Nursery about a year ago. They have not…read morebloomed even once although the should have bloomed 3 times. We went to Cold Creek and explained our proble. My wife and I communicated with 3 different employees while explaining our problem. At no time did any of them suggest replacing them. They said they don't know why they didn't bloom. One of the employees asked about the time of sun vs shade. I have never set and time the shade in any area of my yard. That employee suggested they don't get enough shade. They are planted in a bed that gets regular watering, its is on a timer. All the plants in that bed are thriving even the non-blooming azaleas. The new owners just don't concern themselves with customer satisfaction. The main reason I filed the complaint is to make others aware of the customer policy at Cold Creek. If a person bought anything that was supposed to do something and a year later it hasn't produced the expected result, I would think the product is at fault and it would be replaced.

It is a very big property covered with greenhouses and plants with sprinkler systems. They also have big trucks to ship the plants out with that are parked on the property. I have never shopped here, therefore I'm not sure if an individual person can buy from here like online plant shopping or only stores who would order packs of certain plants. But considering shopping from a business point of view I will rate this 4 out of five because you can physically see the plants being taken care of nicely from a roadside view. But for the average plant shopper I will rate this a 2 out of 5 because you can't just walk onto the property like any other plant shop.

I asked her was that company policy to ask a person if they are stealing she said well you went into the fitting room and you are not buying anything so I asked for corporate information she called a team leader and told the team leader she asked me was I stealing the team leader stated that you don't ask a person that under no circumstances. The team leader then called the asst. mgr.and I explained to Darryl what had occurred he apologized and the team leader apologized but Racheal the accuser had not apologized as of yet. I was given the District Mgr # and I called and explained the situation to him and I have not received a call back as of yet concerning this situation.
