I want to share my experience with this detailing service…read more Yesterday, I dropped off my car to have it detailed. I specifically pointed out a stain on the passenger seat that I wanted cleaned. Unfortunately, I had to pick up my child from school before they could address it, so I asked the gentleman if I could come back the next day to have the stain taken care of. He told me yes. Yesterday, I dropped off my car at approximately 8:30 AM and they had it until 2:00 PM -- about 5 1/2 hours. I was not rushing them at all. I simply explained that I needed my car back by 2:00 PM so I could pick up my child from school. I waited for their phone call to let me know when my car was ready. I never received a phone call back, when my car was done long time ago. When the manager looked at the stain, he noticed my iced coffee sitting in the cupholder and immediately told me that the stain was permanent and must have been caused by coffee. He also claimed that they had already used a special stain remover and that if it didn't come out, it meant the stain was permanent. I found that explanation very frustrating because instead of making another effort to clean the stain, I felt like I was simply being dismissed. What made the situation even more disappointing was that I went home, used my own car stain cleaner, and was able to remove the stain myself. Clearly, it was not permanent. I paid for a professional detailing service because I expected the professionals to make a reasonable effort to clean something that I was ultimately able to remove myself. The entire experience left me feeling dismissed and as though the manager simply did not want to take the time to correct the problem. I can't know his reason for treating my concern that way, but as a female customer, the interaction made me feel that my concern was not being taken seriously. Very disappointing customer service and not the level of professionalism I expected from a detailing business.

I absolutely love this car wash! I usually get pretty anxious at car washes because I'm not always…read moresure when to move, how to time everything, or when I'm supposed to start driving through the wash and then the dryers. This place makes the whole process SO much easier. You just drive your car onto the track, and from there, it basically takes care of everything for you. You don't have to worry about timing anything or trying to figure out when to move, you can just relax and let the wash do its thing. It's also ridiculously fast! My car comes out super clean without me having to spend a ton of time there, which is perfect when I'm in a hurry. And I have to give a special shoutout to Pip at the front! He is seriously amazing! so friendly, welcoming, and has such a great personality. He makes the experience even better and is always so nice to talk to. Overall, this is definitely my go-to car wash now. It's quick, easy, and takes away so much of the stress I normally associate with going through a car wash. Definitely recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could…read more I spent over three months trying to cancel my membership. After multiple requests, I finally received a written text confirmation stating that my membership had been discontinued, my card would not be billed again, and they even provided me with a cancellation ticket number for my records. Despite that confirmation, they continued charging my credit card not once, but twice after the cancellation. I had to reach out again to dispute the charges and request refunds for money that should have never been taken in the first place. This has been incredibly frustrating. When a company confirms in writing that an account is canceled and promises there will be no further billing, customers should be able to trust that commitment. If you're considering signing up, be aware that canceling may not be as straightforward as they make it seem, and I recommend keeping every piece of documentation if you ever need to cancel. Very disappointing experience. I won't be doing business with them again.

All around, great service!…read more Total = $70 ($49.99 base price for small/medium suv interior + exterior cleaning + $20 for extra vacuum & interior cleaning per request) Pricing is fairly decent for the level of service provided. Overall the cleaning of my car both interior and exterior was very well done. Appreciated: The back dash-beneath my rear windshield was actually dusted. (Most "full service" car washes get lazy and fail to dust this area leaving it dusty/dirty). Needs Improvement: The interior of my car was a little dusty/was not vacuumed still (specifically, the sides of the driver and passenger seats in between the center console and the seat were left unvacuumed). Izaiah was incredibly helpful with my questions regarding pricing, services and specifics. He was also very accommodating by providing the services I needed in a very timely manner despite me contacting him last minute. Will definitely be returning as a customer

This is a nice affordable car wash down Lake Forest Road. Especially on hot days it's fun to wash…read morethis one the car yourself because they have the self car wash. This is a fun family event as well. At least for us, it was when the kids were younger, especially! Additionally, this car wash is the only one that I could think of that's local, that provides the opportunity to wash one's own car. My kids and I have always enjoyed watching the multicolored soap and car wax being sprayed on our car during the washing cycle. See video clip of my kid's expressions. If you like. The only reason it didn't get five stars is because, there were about five spots that needed a little bit more effort than a very strong spray of water. It's always nice getting the better package to spray the undercarriage of the car as well. Afterwards for $1.50 - I vacuumed the inside of our car. Vacuum suction also could've been a bit stronger. I do recommend and appreciate this place! I could see the manager outside sweeping and keeping the place clean. I believe his name is Mark.

The finished product is always great and I feel better knowing that my car is not going through one of those machines where scratches are possible and it never gets quite as clean as you want it to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY -- THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED…read more I have given Deets multiple opportunities to get this right, and the pattern is the same: no-shows, excessive delays, poor communication, and absolutely ZERO accountability. Here's what you can expect: NO-SHOWS: They have failed to show up for scheduled appointments at my home without any notification whatsoever. No call. No text. Nothing. EXTREME DELAYS: When they do show up, they are routinely late--sometimes more than an hour--and don't bother to notify you or give you the option to reschedule. THEY CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT TELLING YOU: Deets has changed my appointment time without notifying me. I didn't discover the change until the automated reminder text the day before. If you don't happen to catch it? Apparently, that's on you. ZERO SERVICE RECOVERY: This is the most disappointing part. When a company fails to deliver the service you paid for, the bare minimum is to acknowledge it, apologize, and make a reasonable effort to fix the situation. Deets does none of that. No meaningful communication. No accountability. No effort to make things right. Just excuses--or silence. Your time apparently has no value to this company. I understand that unexpected things happen. Cars break down. Employees get delayed. Schedules change. What separates a professional company from an unprofessional one is how they handle those situations. Deets has repeatedly shown me that customer communication and accountability are simply not priorities. If you need a reliable, professional mobile car wash service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If you can't show up when you say you will--or at the very least communicate with the customer--you shouldn't be in the business of scheduling appointments. ZERO STARS for reliability. ZERO STARS for communication. ZERO STARS for service recovery.
